Welcome to your private oasis in the heart of Homer!
Perfectly located within walking distance to local restaurants, parks, and scenic hiking trails, our home offers both convenience and a peaceful retreat. Tucked away with a spacious backyard, the property has a charming secret-garden feel — complete with a kids’ play set and a cozy fire pit for relaxing evenings under the Alaskan sky.
The south-facing deck gets plenty of sunshine, making it the perfect place to unwind and recharge after a day of adventure. Enjoy patio seating, a dining table, and a propane grill for outdoor meals and gatherings.
Inside, the home features:
**2 comfortable bedrooms**
* Each with a queen bed
* One bedroom also includes a twin bunk bed above the queen
*1 full bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. As well as an ironing board, iron, and laundry detergent.
*Washer and dryer* for your convenience
* A living room couch that converts into a sleeper for an additional guest
* A rocking chair with an ottoman
*Books, games, and puzzles
*A dining room table with 4 chairs as well as a large island with 3 stools.
* A fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, baking sheets, a blender, hand mixer, Tupperware, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals.
* We have both a Coffee maker as well as a Keurig and supply enough coffee to get you started for the next morning.
Enjoy an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, and reach the harbor in just a 10-minute drive.
We’re both kid- and dog-friendly (please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a dog). The home comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests and offers ample parking space for an extra car (or two) — and even your boat.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
*Turn down the monitor to 60
*Turn off the electric base board thermostat.
*If applicable check yard for pet waste. ( see pet rules below)
*Lock the keypad door and back door.
*Close/ lock any open windows
*If you use the grill, clean the utensils, grates, and turn off the propane.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
