Welcome to Alaska Garden Paradise South! AGP South
This is a large 4 bedroom, 4 bath home divided into three separate spaces South, North and West.
South is a complete apartment on the second floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths , a small office (a small one person bedroom), a washer/dryer, living rom, dining room and gourmet kitchen.
The private entry for South leads to a spacious living room -dining room- Gourmet kitchen with lots of natural light. Featuring an 86" Smart TV for cinema quality viewing. The master suite has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and 100 gallon soaking tub. The second bedroom has its own private bathroom. The office has a futon for one. Ia t also has a small deck on the north side for sitting.
Sleeps 11 when paired with lower units, AGP North and AGP West.
5 BR's- 4 Baths - 5 Queens and 1 Futon. Perfect for a reunion!
There is one more suite in the house next door called Alaska Garden Paradise which sleeps 3. This unit has a hot tub.
These 4 spaces could accomodate 14 guests comfortably.

I live in the home next door and enjoy the surroundings. It is conveniently located between Fairbanks and North Pole for short trips either way. Few homes provide a quiet area to walk or just sdit on the porch.
