Walk To Siesta Village And Beach/Private Heated Pool & Hot Tub

The Siesta Village Beach House is a PRIVATE 2 bedroom 1 bath APARTMENT in a large house with an extra outdoor shower (enclosed with a fence) and private room with toilet and sink (the outside bathroom is accessible by the pool adjacent to the outdoor shower). The apartment is the main portion of the house where I used to live, and the other portion of house is rented to annual tenants who have NO access to the pool or hot tub (not shared). Private parking in front of house easily fits 2 cars/SUVs. Annual tenants have their own parking on the side of the house. The annual tenant's units are on the side and back of house. The bedrooms and bathrooms do not share any walls with the tenant's units. Couch in living room can be used to sleep an additional person. King bed in master and queen bed in second bedroom. All high end appliances, large screen 70" 4K television in living room, television in each bedroom, private large heated lap pool with jacuzzi, out door shower and bathroom by the pool and laundry facilities. Just a short walk to Siesta Key Village and beach. Beach access 2 is a short 1/2 mile walk that takes you through Siesta Village to the beach. A beach cart, umbrellas and floats are available for renters to use. Two older bikes are also available for use. Lounge chairs surround the private pool (POOL IS NOT SHARED). Large walk-in shower with various shower heads in house with access from master bedroom and hallway. Hardwood floors in main living area. Italian porcelain in bathroom.



The property has security cameras in the pool area and front entrance. There are absolutely no cameras inside



Owner purchased home in 1998 and did major renovations in 2011 adding the pool and hot tub. Owner lived in home until 2015 when it was listed as a vacation rental.



The owner lives next door to the property, and is available to accommodate guests should any issues arise.



One pet is permitted under 50lbs and potty trained. There is a $350 pet fee that applies. Your pet will be seen on camera at check-in, so please disclose if you are bringing a pet. If a pet is brought that does not comply with the rules, your party will be denied access unless the pet is boarded elsewhere.



It is advisable to get trip insurance to protect against financial loss within the no-cancelation period, especially during hurricane season.

We had such a great stay for our first family vacation! This place was perfect for our little kids. We loved that the pool could only be accessed through the front gate or master bedroom, so it was easy to keep the kids away from it until pool time.The house had everything we needed, including beach towels, umbrellas, and a beach wagon, which made going to the beach so easy! The kitchen was also awesome and had everything we needed to cook.The beach was beautiful with the softest white sand, and everything was so walkable. Michael was also such a kind and hospitable host. We really couldn’t have asked for a better family getaway!

Couldn’t have asked for a better home for our last minute get away. Location is perfect - easy walk to the beach and to the village. House is well equipped, clean and Michael was just a text away if we had a question. The pool was fantastic after a day at the beach. We’ll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is in a great location—very walkable to both Siesta Key Village and the beach. Having a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, and swimming toys available was super helpful for our family!Our absolute favorite was the pool and spa. My kids swam every single day, even when the weather wasn’t great! We also loved the Costa Rica rainforest theme around the pool area—it made the backyard feel like our own little tropical getaway.The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets and linens were so clean, fresh, and smelled amazing! My kids kept asking me what detergent or fabric softener you use, and I told them I would have to ask! I especially appreciate having nice, fresh linens because I really dislike worn-out bedding when staying in vacation rentals.The kitchen was beautiful and had high-quality appliances, and we loved having TVs everywhere—lol! The living room was also very comfortable and a great place for the whole family to hang out and relax.Overall, we had such a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! We enjoyed this house and Siesta Key so much that it actually made me think about moving to Sarasota someday! Thank you for helping make our family vacation so memorable!

Our host, Michael was wonderful! If we had a question or whatever, he responded immediately. The place is cute & very comfortable with top notch appliances. The beds were great! Absolutely the most wonderful stay we’ve experienced! The owner was Awesome! The property was so conveniently located we could just walk to the village and to the beach to see sunset! The house had every amenity that you could possibly need for your getaway! The private pool and hot tub and backyard is unmatched to any that we’ve ever stayed at before! My kids and I cannot wait to return and stay again! I highly recommend this property and of course the owner. Loved Siesta Key
