Enjoy the spacious patio containing grill and outdoor furniture along with a gated front yard. Have a dip in the pool, located right around the corner from the unit. Conveniently located within a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive/shuttle ride to the private beach at Shipyard Beach Club. Looking to enjoy a round of golf? Shipyard offers 27 beautiful holes of golf with luscious scenery. Located within Shipyard is Sonesta Hotel where guests can enjoy 2 restaurants and spa. The Best Vacation

Everything was very smooth leading up to the stay. When I got there it was very clean and put together. This was by far the best vacation due to me knowing after going to dinner/the beach I could come back and feel at home.

Great location w/close beach access

Wonderful property! The 2 times we had small issues they were promptly addressed by owner! Loved the private beach access for resort and location of property. Easy to bike from house to shopping areas/beach. Loved the large dining table and couch for everyone!

Great location, not too far from the wonderful beach.Lots of space and good standard of cleanliness. Fabulous washer/dryer and heating systems.Great kitchen equipment, sometimes in rentals these are a bit tired but not the case here.Hosts were really accommodating, very responsive to messages.Loved our stay and would stay again.

Nice place in a great location

The condo is located in a very pretty gated community which is very easy to access after initial check in. Beach access was great with parking up close and several nice showers and restrooms on the other side of the dunes The home is stocked well with anything you could need and all the appliances were nice. The hosts were attentive and responsive as well, and put together a nice folder with tons of information about the island. A very nice stay!

The perfect place for a large family

I can’t rave about this place enough. It was perfect for me and my family. The pool access right around the corner, the private beach, and awesome playground. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The place had every amenity you ever would need. Loved that we could grill, cook, and do some wash if needed. The place was clean and cozy. Very spacious. The bathrooms were clean and bedrooms were so comfortable. We will definitely be back. Loved that we were in an area that was not overly populated., It made our stay that much better. Thanks for having us!
