Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful villa .The host is excellent and very kind . The villa was very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location is quiet and a short walk to the pool and the beach .This will always be our go to place when we visit Myrtle Beach!

This was our second time staying at Kingston plantation. The accommodations and amenities are perfect for a family. Bart is an excellent host and the condo was very clean and easy accessible. The location was perfect because you’re an easy walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful trip. This is a great unit within an inviting community. It has everything you need to make your stay memorable. The unit was clean, decorated nicely, convenient parking in front of the unit, great location to the pool and a close walk to the beach. Sitting on the deck watching the wildlife in and around the pond was relaxing. We also appreciated the startup supplies until we were able to get to the Wal-Mart down the road. Check in and out was easy with good communication instructions from the host Bart. Definitely will consider revisiting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kingston Plantation. The unit was extremely clean, updated throughout, and had everything we needed to cook several meals. The beach is just a short walk away. We loved the view of the small pond as we sat on the porch each morning. Check-in and check-out was easy, and we had great communication with the host. We will definitely be back!

We highly recommend this beautiful home .It was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The beach is just a five minute walk from the rental . The beds are very comfortable and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be renting again .

The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The beach was just a few minutes walk away. It made for a really good week for the family at Christmas time. It was well maintained and clean with every convenience you think of. Our host, Bart has made a really great home away from home for the vacationer!
