Our decision to book the 2 BR villa for two nights was mostly because of the 3 photos in this listing of the Infinity pool right on the beach with captions like "relax by the infinity pool...." However when we arrived we discovered that our room is nowhere near that amenity and it's reserved for "Signature Collection members" only so this was a big disappointment. When I messaged the host about it, all they could say was that I was right about that pool not being available to us and they apologized for the listing being confusing. Yet as of today the same infinity pool photos are still in the listing so just a heads up here to future guests of this particular 2BR listing, you won't get to use that infinity pool on the beach but there is a other pool on the property you can use (which is like a standard motel style pool)Also, since this room was on the other side of the San Luis road (not the beach side) you will have to walk or drive across the road to access the beach. The mini golf and outdoor games were available but play mini golf during the day because it's not well lit at night.Lastly one of the bedrooms is very bright at night because the outdoor walkway lights flood in a ton of light through the windows even with the blinds closed. A sleep mask might help.

Everything was absolutely amazing. We had a fantastic family gathering . Only thing that caused a delay in our day was the TV. Please make certain that customers are aware there are no streaming services. We did not have a Smart TV in our rental. Facility did offer HDMI cord, fortunately my son had his laptop with him. Other than that… it was great!! Thank you!

The check in guy we had Geremy was very rude and not sociable and friendly at all!! We asked for a later check out and he refused and said they were booked. We later found out they had plenty of availability! Nobody wants to rent a place to stay and have to wake up early to check out at 10. That’s horrible
