This custom built home is located in the coveted Powder Ridge Community. The location allows renters close proximity to Sunday River Ski Resort, Nordic skiing centers, restaurants, and bars. In addition to offering sweeping views of the Sunday River Valley along the Powder Ridge Access Road, this home offers you privacy and a quiet stay deep in the Maine woods. When you choose to reserve this mountain-top home for your vacation, you will be 10 minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort.

The home itself is designed to comfortably accommodate a large group. The mudroom and cubby storage allows for each guest to keep their snowy items inside upon entry. The large great room is open to the kitchen and boasts a formal gathering area surrounding the wood-burning fireplace. For the cook in your group, utilize the gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wet bar and wine cooler.

The lower living level is a more casual place to gather and share stories about the day on the slopes. Enjoy ping-pong and board games, or hang out and watch a movie. This is a great place to relax!

Each bedroom is spacious and tastefully furnished. With a full bath on each level, the floor plan offers private or suite-style living arrangements.

Amazing stay!

The house was beautiful, clean and even better in person! We loved using the fireplace as well. We wished there was a speaker with an aux cord or a way to play music, but otherwise, the house was perfect!

Christmas Get Away

We had an after Christmas getaway. Skiing at Sunday River and hanging out at local restaurants. House was fun for hanging out in front of fire and while playing games at the huge dining room table. I highly recommend this home. The owners were responsive and very easy to work with.

Wonderful multi-family home base

The property was an excellent home base for two families with young kids. Clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Would stay again!We arrived in the middle of a blizzard, and nearly didn't make it up the street to the driveway. I would definitely recommend 4WD in the winter.
