Private hot tub for ultimate relaxation

On the second floor, you can access the living room, which offers space for the whole family to relax, snack, and watch movies after a long day. The dining table seats eight, while the breakfast bar seats five. From the second floor, you can access the deck, where you can BBQ, soak in the hot tub, or sit and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views.

On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. Bedrooms one and two offer comfortable queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (4 beds total).

Lockbox

Our family lives in Anchorage, but we are easily accessible by phone. In the event of an emergency, we are a short 45-minute drive away. We are also great friends with our neighbors who live in Girdwood full-time.
No parties or events.
No shoes in the house, please take them off at the door.
No smoking.
No pets.
Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am
