You can tell this home was recently renovated and the owner spared no expense. It was beautiful inside and out. The hot tub under the stars was a great way to unwind each evening!

Our stay at the bungalow was perfect! Thoughtfully well stocked, high end appliances, beautiful furnishings, and an awesome outdoor space! Close to a hiking trail and a short drive to downtown. The check in process was seamless. We love the Prescott area and plan to return!

A slice of heaven!

From start to finish communication was amazing! The house is beyond immaculate and sooooo beautifully professionally decorated! Like a magazine! Its so warm and inviting and there is everything you need and then some! The love and detail put into their guests is above and beyond any place we have ever stayed! Cant wait to come back!

We are so very grateful for the opportunity to stay at Boulder Bungalow. The space was perfect for us. Very comfortable. Beautifully adorned. You can tell that this place is someone's home and has that extra something extra in every aspect. It is NOT a plastic corporate owned vrbo house with cheap finishes, cheap appliances, cheap cookware, cheap dishes, etc.
my pup is actually a miniature mountain goat :).

Beautiful and peaceful retreat

From the moment we entered this place we felt home. The simple and beautiful decor of the livingroom and bedrooms, the fantastically equipped kitchen and of course the extensive outdoor spaces make this place a "Wonderland" of different experiences. The boulders the house is built around is a magical and protective presence. We loved the quiet neighborhood and felt welcomed. Debs was wonderful with anything we needed and kept in communication with us during our stay as needed. This is not a vacation rental in your traditional sense. It is a home that is loved and cared for and shared from the heart.

Throughout your visit, you shared with us how much you loved the home and how well it suited you, so your 3-star rating came as a real surprise, especially since no feedback was left to explain it. Before your booking, I was pleased to answer your questions by phone so you could feel confident in your choice. During your stay, you reached out with a few operational questions about the blinds, TV, and trash schedule, and we were grateful you asked and happy to offer information and guidance right away. Each time, you told us how much you were enjoying the house, which is what we usually (and gratefully) hear from our guests. After departure, we returned the belongings you left behind. While you were disappointed about covering shipping, the process does require time and postage, and we tracked it to ensure your items reached you. Even then, you expressed your appreciation for the home. Boulder Bungalow consistently receives glowing reviews for its thoughtful design, amenities, and the care we put into every detail. We use our home often and choose to rent it when we are not there. It is our vacation home in the mountains, and I think that is a differentiation that speaks volumes from a “Rental Home”.
