Discover Chipita Pines, by Forest & Peak Retreats, where the essence of the Rockies meets refined luxury. This recently updated cabin offers a seamless blend of sophistication and mountain charm. Enjoy the hot tub, nearby trails, and stunning views of the Rampart Range from the spacious patio and bedroom windows. Your ideal mountain retreat awaits in this stylish sanctuary of comfort and relaxation.

Please read entirely so you have a good idea of what you are booking, as we will stick to our cancellation policy.

We do have exterior security cameras on the property to monitor traffic. They will be on during your stay.

If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire on the day of your booking. We would need to hire an additional cleaner for $180.

Notes to take into account:
--October-May we can have snow storms. Please be aware you may need 4-wheel drive. Check the weather for Cascade-Chipita Park as it can be very different from Colorado Springs.
--We are also in a forest fire area, so fire bans may occasionally happen. The timing of this is out of our control. This may mean not being able to use certain fire features or our grill. We will try to let you know during your stay if there is high fire danger and what cannot be used.
--Chipita Pines doesn't have A/C, but at this elevation you rarely need it! It stays much cooler at 7,800 ft and open windows at night keeps it comfortable.

-No tobacco smoking, inside or out. Marijuana outside only. $200 cleaning fee if broken.
