Enjoy this relaxing 2-bedroom house that is located just steps away from Houghton Lake. There is a small boat launch is located at the end of the street.

This wonderful property offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The bedrooms feature 1 queen bed and a twin trundle bed (2 twin beds) ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. You'll find all the essentials you need, including a smart tv, WiFi, dishes, cookware, heating, and AC. The bathroom has towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. Also, there is an additional sleeping space in the living room with a full size pull out sofa bed.

Finally, for an additional fee, we do allow for 2 dogs under 50 lbs each to stay. The backyard is completely fenced in with a 4ft high fence. We provide protective covers for the furniture if you are bringing dogs.

You can enjoy the beautiful view of Houghton Lake from the backyard, explore the Houghton Lake area, or simply unwinding in the comfort of this excellent rental, we hope you enjoy what our place and Houghton Lake has to offer.

Upon arrival the location was noted as better then described. With 2 different view points of Houghton lake, the property was great! We did have a small dog with us for our trip who loved the fenced in backyard and small gestures to accommodate us. The house was very inviting, comfortable, clean, well decorated and stocked in every way a guest could need from kitchen to bathroom....you could literally pack clothes and show up here and you'd be just fine. The communication was great and the owner was very proactive before arrival and on arrival. My family would stay here again and highly this cabin!

The location is perfect for my dogs and Ito take in the beautiful area. We love to hike and this house is located very near to so many trails. The host is wonderful and always leaves a sweet welcoming package. The house is clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times and this is our go to place for a long weekend.

Comfortable Cottage

A very welcoming, clean cottage with a nice view from the back porch. Lots of amenities for the kids to play including indoor as well as outdoor games. Definitely would go back again.
