We loved our stay. It was our second time booking with Kristin. It’s such a beautiful home and we love the private pool. She was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We definitely will be back again.

This house was exceptional. It was well stocked with essentials we needed for our stay. The location was close to everything. My family enjoyed fishing at the pond located in the back. The pool, grill, back patio and playground were ideal.

Beautiful rental

The rental was beautiful and very clean. We were a little disappointed because we were not allowed to rent a golf cart for the beach since the rental is on the west side of Hwy 361. And also just suggestion but a pool restroom downstairs would be a great addition.

When we arrived, we were met with the realization that someone else occupied the lower level of the rental, which was never disclosed prior to our arrival. You cannot rent a golf cart at this address so that was also disappointing. Vacationers that aren’t familiar with the area won’t have knowledge of this until you arrive. The pool area was trashed from the renters before, liquor bottles and Jell-O shot trash everywhere. It was obvious no one checked between both parties. The house needs a deep clean, sheets were dirty, cabinets just have junk thrown in them so beware with littles & don’t look under the couches. At the very least, the house should be clean, especially for that price. The house is beautiful but a new cleaning crew needs to be hired asap. Also, house wasn’t ready for check in at 4 like agreed upon, I eventually just went in with the cleaning crew around 4:20 because my baby needed to use the restroom.

Spacious, but cleanliness was not the best

When we arrived the pool was a mess, toys were everywhere. Then, as we proceeded inside, the bunks were sandy as if they were never cleaned. I had a spot on my sheets as well, about the size of a dollar bill.

We had a great time! Check in was easy and the property was clean. The bedrooms and living room are spacious and fit our large group comfortably. We felt like the kitchen could use a few more items (measuring cups, measuring spoons, another cooking sheet) but overall we found this to be a wonderful property.
