It was a nice property with amenities to enjoy on site (weather permitting), we were able to walk to the beach and other areas (a little longer walk) plus 10 or so min. drive to A LOT of hot spots in Daytona. We enjoyed our stay for 5 nights.

Thank you for your review. It sounds like you didn’t use the beach access that is right cross the street. My apologies for not highlighting it. I will be sure to add a map for future guests. I’m glad you still enjoyed your trip. Best wishes.
Could use some updated rules. Like pool hours and pickle ball hours. 10pm pool and court closure is very unrealisticall. It not a hotel. It is a vacation condos. People get back and want to use the pool when they return fro. The Beach and also get some exercise playing pickle ball. 10 pm is very unrealistic for Adults .it not a Hotel
If a beach condo could hug you, that’s what this feels like! It’s the most amazing, peaceful little haven we didn’t know we needed. Definitely needed some sand, sun & salt water & this place came available. And you get SO.MANY.EXTRAS! Being the last-minute packer that I am-forgot sunscreen, it was amazing that the owner has it there-in multiple SPF choices. So nice to not have to run to the store to get some before being able to hit the beach! Boogie boards, beach toys, floaties, towels…all there! But when we needed to run to the store, the e-scooters were super convenient! Another feature we really enjoyed, but haven’t seen here in the States, was the community pantry. The current guests are able to benefit from past guests who didn’t use all their ingredients…and the owner has items like spices stocked also. Again, so super nice when you just want to whip up breakfast and lunch and be on with your day…and especially when you don’t want to have to buy a big thing of salt or coffee for a couple/few days. And just to be clear, is the dry goods, not stuff left sitting in the fridge. The beds are comfy-including the pullout sofa, with nice linens and extra blankets. Adequate seating room when just chilling. Will definitely be checking this one for availability when we need another beach getaway! Unfortunately I’m also not great at remembering to take pictures, so none of those to share, but can attest that the ones displayed are accurate representation.

Unfortunately limited to only 1500 characters, so I will try to list all the negatives of our stay in a short fashion. Suffice it to say that this was by far, the absolute WORST VRBO experience of my life to date. And we travel a LOT. Here is a short summary:1) Fridge was completely full of random food, beer and seltzers. As if either the owner just left them or no one cleaned prior to. We did not even have room to put our food in.2) Kitchen cabinets were also full of half eaten food and boxes. Completely disgusting.3) Closet in hallway had a hanging shoe organizer full of owner's shoes. No clue why.4) Towels were disgusting and horrible quality. One even ripped when I bent over while using it (I am only 120 lbs so no idea why)5) Bathroom had NO PLACE TO STORE PERSONAL ITEMS, under sink cabinet was full of owners personal items, no shelf above toilet, no towel racks anywhere, no hand towel rack, no towels in bathroom nor place to hang them. Medicine cabinet even had owners items in it. Super gross. 6) Bedroom closet was locked (full I'm sure) so we had no place to hang ANY hanging clothes. 7) Beds/pillows were awful. I can't even call the pillows "pillows". Amazon 20 pillows would be an upgrade. Sheets were pilling with balls all over them. I would have thrown them out long ago. Bedding was horrible.8) No electrical outlets to charge devices without moving furniture. Worst VRBO experience to date. Buyer beware. You will despise this experience.

I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay. If you would have communicated I could have directed you back to the listing info which mentions the “commmunity pantry” and all the extra items for your convenience. There are even pictures showing some of the items very clearly in the ad. I can assure you these are not the owner’s personal items as you indicated. The community pantry idea is taken from the owner’s travels through Europe. It doesn’t sound like this was a good fit for your expectations.
See a small portion of the listing to follow.
