The accommodations were clean and well equipped. However, when we got there, one of the bathroom soap dispensers appeared to have been torn off the wall and was lying in the sink. We also reported to the owner about a serious water leak in the upstairs master bath which leaked through to the downstairs bathroom. This was most distressing I’m sure, for the owner. She offered to send a plumber but we didn’t want that to be a a part of our two day stay. It seems some oversight of the property would have been a good idea. However our stay was comfortable.

The rooms were immaculate which was much appreciated as we were there the night before my surgery at UNC-REX as well as the night afterwards. The VRBO was a quick 5 minutes from the hospital - also a great convenience.

This was a very nice townhouse in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. This house was the cleanest house we have ever stayed at while on vacation. My daughters loved the house and thought the beds were very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The townhouse was spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was large and well equipped with all the dinnerware we needed. The beds were comfortable and having 3 bedrooms and two full baths on the second floor worked out great for us.

Perfect!

Stayed 1 night for a weekend visit with our son who attends NC State. The location is so convenient, and in a quiet and beautiful part of town, plenty of space and wonderfully updated. Will not hesitate to stay here again. . Lenovo for the basketball game

This property was insanely perfect. I cannot begin to share how clean and comfortable it was. The owner is meticulous and has made her property so welcoming. There are ample supplies in the kitchen and laundry. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. Everything, and I mean everything is labeled so no guessing what switches for what light. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were new and clean. The premises were spotless and I’m not exaggerating. I am very picky about cleanliness and I was impressed. The showers were clean, water pressure is just right, kitchen and bathrooms shine. The neighborhood is quiet, super safe, and friendly. If you need a place to stay for a couple nights or a few weeks, this is it. I would stay there or suggest it to family or friends in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our move transition a little less stressful. ***** 5 gold stars
