We are satisfied with the PREMIER PARTNER with HomeAway with Our Luxury Villa THE ARTIST’S House that has been completely renovated and has ceiling fans in all rooms in/out.

The Artist’s house is accommodated for maximum 8 guests.

All the 4 bedrooms have carpet and the other rooms have ceramic tile floors .

The large lounge area is equipped with a big screen 65’ LED high definition flat TV . You have an access to the lanai with a ceiling fan, the private quiet extensive pool deck.

'The Artist's House' has a fully equipped open kitchen, a master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bath with access to the private south facing pool and deck. You can eat breakfast lunch and dinner on the patio.You can also just rest on a lounge chair while surfing the internet with free wifi or making free phone calls in the US and Canada.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds.

All the bedrooms have their own LED high definition flat TV.

The game room is fully equipped with a pool table , a air hockey, a foosball.

Located in a safe community of Executive and Luxury houses, 'INDIAN CREEK ' is situated only 5mn from ISLAND H2O water park, 3 miles away from Walt Disney World and 1 mile from restaurants and the most popular chains ( Target, Walmart, Publix ).

Our villa, ' The Artist's House ', is one of the popular vacation destinations for families visiting the Theme Parks and attractions of Orlando.

The property was clean. Only problem I had was the sheets was not depart like they were supposed to be on the king size bed in the master bedroom and they left a open bottle of water in the kitchen and when I called the host about it, she responded, but she did not respond the right way that she needed to respond and tell me she's gonna take care of it and I don't agree taking out the bins when the cleaning people are coming to clean up the house although it's a nice property to stay at but it just need a little more work with the host . No the big answer but I stay here again. I don't know. Then she have you doing paperwork like you're renting our apartment now I never did that before for Airbnb. Just a stay there for a couple of days so if y'all decide to rent this property, get ready to sign your life away like you renting a house.

Many thanks for the review. We were expecting the bad review. The cleaners forgot a bottle of water . I apologize. You send me a picture showing the conforter from the master removed, telling me that I should speak the cleaners and complain . After exchanging through VRBO, you told me that you remove the conforter so of course it wasn’t on the bed. The trash are collected only one time a week for regular and the recycle. When guests are there during the collecting day, the cleaners don’t come to clean the house, so unfortunately they cannot pull out the trash at the curb. Renting our home to guests is a risky business, you are hoping that they respect the home and value the service you are offering.

Stayed for 2 weeks with husband and 2 daughters aged 8 and 11. Good location close to Disney, but nice quiet area. Short drive to local restaurants and supermarkets. House lovely and welcoming, comfortable beds, great facilities to do laundry for a longer stay. Lovely pool area gets the sun all day. Would definitely stay again if we return to Orlando!

Wonderful stay

The Artist’s house was a great place for my family to stay for our summer break. Location was on point to get to parks, shopping, and dining. We enjoyed the pool, kitchen, and the nicely kept neighborhood. Would book again for a longer stay and appreciate the quick response time from the owner and property management.

Five-Star Stay with Exemplary Service! As travelers with 13 years of experience in Orlando, we can safely say Valerie is an exemplary host! Communication was fast, professional, and very helpful from the start."The Artist's House" is beautiful and well-maintained. We loved the detailed guest book and the generous starter kit (laundry pods, toiletries, and plenty of towels). The pool area was a highlight—spotless, with a crystal-clear pool and great furniture. Both the AC and the ice maker worked perfectly.Valerie’s service is second to none. When we noted a few missing items (hangers, plastic plates, and bowls), she had them delivered via Amazon within days. She even helped troubleshoot a minor TV issue immediately after a power outage.A few minor notes: We found some "dust bunnies" and informed Valerie so she could follow up with her cleaning crew—though the house generally felt well-kept. Also, the TV/Internet system (Spectrum/LG) was unusually slow to respond, which could be an area for future technical updates.Overall, this is a professional, high-quality rental. We highly recommend Valerie and her lovely home for a worry-free stay!
