Welcome to Unit 802 in Vanderbilt Towers 1. This is a top floor penthouse unit which affords it higher ceilings, a one of a kind layout and spectacular views.

*Our first-floor lobby will not be usable during your stay and the front door may still be temporary (and therefore, unsecured).

There are two bedrooms, each with a king size bed. There are full en suite bathrooms connected to each bedroom. Each of these two bedrooms has a tiled bathtub/shower combination. There is also a powder room located off of the entryway hall. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted flat screen Samsung Smart TV and a ceiling fan.

There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, electric range, microwave and refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser in the door). The kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, plates, glassware, utensils, cookware, bakeware, etc. All you need to bring is your groceries and paper products. There is a full size washer and dryer located just off the kitchen. We also have all cleaning products available and just asked they are replenished as they are used.

The living room has two sectional sleeper sofas (which can each be made into a queen bed) and has plenty of seating for 8 or more people. There is a 60 inch flat screen Samsung Smart TV and a library nook with additional seating. Off of the living room is a large dining table that has seating for six (but two additional chairs are available to pull up for a total of 8). There is wifi available throughout the unit as well as Comcast cable in the living room and both bedrooms.

The lanai has a built-in bar with four bar stools. There are also lounge chairs, a dining table with four chairs.

Vanderbilt Towers Building One is the closest building to the beach on the Bluebill peninsula. Walk right out the back door to the beach entrance. This two bedroom unit has over 1400 square feet of living space with large screened lanai, two large bedrooms, large closets and a large living/dining area. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from both bedrooms. Living room lanai also has a great view of all of Naples.

We spent February 2019 in this condo. The weather was excellent. Mid 80s and sun. Amenities: 3 minute walk to beach. Excellent pool. Spacious unit. Location: convenient to beach, grocery shopping, restaurants and churches. Unit accommodations: washer & dryer in unit are excellent. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset from unit. WIFI works well. Cable TV. Well stocked kitchen. Beach supplies- beach chairs, umbrella and cart are big plus. Responsive owner: owner was very prompt to answer questions or address concerns. Drawbacks: February is busy in Naples. Lot of traffic. Unit could use some upgrades. Overall impression: great place, nice owner, people in complex very friendly and willing to offer advice. Wonderful winter getaway. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Amazing Stay

We stayed for 2 weeks after Christmas. The lanai is amazing. Large and great views. People mentioned no curtains on master bedroom window. I didn't mind this at all. Loved seeing the sun every morning. There is a building renovation going on at the moment, which will be nice. Owner very easy to work with. Couple small issues addressed quickly. Kitchen is very well stocked with all the comforts of home. The location is amazing for the beach and beautiful sunsets.

The condo and the building were great. Felt very safe and enjoyed almost everything. The master bedroom really needs drapes. It's light all night from the lights from the other buildings. And the room was daylight bright by 6:30 or so Other than that all was great. Loved the laini and everything was well stocked

Sunrise and sunset views

We enjoyed the spacious floor plan and the gulf views--including, in January, both sunrises and sunsets--from the 8th floor. While this property lacks some of the updates of some (more expensive) units and could use window treatments on the glass walls, it was well-appointed and stocked. We would have returned next year had it been available. We love the location, so close to the beach.

Fantastic views of the Gulf & N Naples from both bedrooms and large lanai, on top floor penthouse!

We totally enjoyed staying in this spacious, fully equipped condo in Vanderbilt Tower 1! The location is prime, with the beach out the back door and several hotspots within walking distance, along Gulf Shore Dr. The long lanai has a bar, 2 table sets, chaise lounge, and is the length of the condo-- with access from the large living area, as well as the master bedroom. There are bathrooms and huge walk-in closets within both bedrooms, large kitchen with a laundry area, plenty of room for entertaining, smart tv's, powder room, and much more. The pool, grounds, and building are beautiful. I would definitely rent this condo again!

The location was very good . Overall complex was good. The beds if new were very cheap. The king bed in the second bedroom was two twin pushed together and they were different heights. The family room had two couches new but very uncomfortable to sit on. No window covering on master bed room. Morning sun very bright. Kitchen needs new pans some dirty and just old. Very spacious . With a few changes could be a excellent rental
