Second Floor Condo At Beach Dreams with great location!!

This unit is unique at Beach Dreams. It is a year round condominium with a really feeling of luxury about it. It is on the second floor in front of the property in Sea Cove Village unit #D3. This allows you easy access to the trolley (when running ~ every season is different) and For Love of Food & Drink across the street that has great breakfast food! There is plenty grass area out front to sit out and have the kids run around with a screened-in Gazebo. The condo has upgrades of hardwood floors, Central Air and all stainless appliances. There is a queen size bed in both bedrooms. The living room has super comfortable chairs and a sofa. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room with Roku. There is a twin size futon in the living room. The unit is decorated so nicely with a lot of attention to details. You will enjoy the Central Air Conditioning on those hot days. You will be sure to have a great vacation experience in this condo!

Please note: These owners have a black lab that they bring with them when they are at the unit off season. They do a thorough deep cleaning before the rental season begins.
Linens and towels are not included ~ you must bring your own.

Beach Dreams Cottages Condominiums is located in the picturesque New England seaside town of Wells, Maine. The community consists of 229 quaint cottages on 43 acres of land. It is located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via Interstate 95. It is a scheduled stop on the Wells Trolley line providing our owners and guests with the ability to travel Wells and its bordering towns with ease. The amenities include one large clubhouse, a fully equipped gym, game arcade, a heated swimming pool, and a hot tub all of which are accessible to those who rent.
It is located about 1 1/2 miles from Moody Beach. There is so much to do in this area! There is excellent fishing (stripers and blue fish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing (Old Marsh golf course is awesome and is just 3 miles away), beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet!

Cute place in a great location!

We enjoyed the space! It was perfect for what we needed which was a comfortable place to sleep and shower and hang out in between our visits with family and days on the beach. Quiet, clean, well-appointed kitchen and located within a half hour distance of everywhere we wanted to be! Would stay there again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Dreams condo. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It’s a convenient location to the neighboring town, Ogunquit and just a short drive to the beach. Our girls (8 & 6) loved the heated pool and rec room in our down time. Kathleen was a great host and we appreciated the thorough communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Most amazing family vacation!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this property…. It was so super cozy and clean and has everything you could possibly need. Location was great. Away from the fuss but just a short drive to awesome restaurants and beautiful beaches. Community amenities were lovely as well. Kathleen was super responsive and patient… We can’t wait to go back!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo itself is beautiful -- clean, modernized, very comfortable. We especially appreciated that the WiFi and TV worked well for the evenings. The amenities at Beach Dreams are top notch. We used the fitness center and pool everyday. The grounds themselves are terrific for a run -- 1.5 mile loop. And if anything is needed -- the property agent, Kathleen, was wonderful. Easy to reach and very accommodating! Recommended for any family of 4 or fewer!!!!

Great week at the beach

Staying in this condo was comfortable, easy, and convenient. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. I especially appreciate the high quality kitchenware. I liked that this condo is outside the gated area of the full condo complex and has access to a hot tub, large pool, and other amenities. The property manager was terrific. She got back to us quickly in response to our questions and gave us all the information we needed in advance to help us prepare. Parking is easy at the condo and the location is 1.4 miles to Moody beach. I recommend this rental.

Perfect Stay for a Maine Getaway

This property is located on the 2nd floor condo unit in the Beach Dreams community. It has 2 bedrooms [queen bed in each], living room and full kitchen. The accommodations are comfortable and provide enough room for parents/kids to have their "own" space if needed. (The living room has a separate glass door that divides the living area so noise can be minimized.) This was ideal for a family of 4. I think a 5th person would make the space seem a tiny bit cramped. An added benefit is having access to a washer-dryer - you can dry your bathing suits and towels and be ready for another day at the beach. The Beach Dream property also had a pool that the kids enjoyed - and it was a short walk to this facility. Beach Dreams is situated right in between Wells & Ogunquit, so you have your choice of beaches to visit - and it is a quick drive to Scoop Deck for ice cream or Wonder Mountain Fun Park for mini-golf [these are walkable from the property, but Rt 1 is a high traffic area] - so we chose to drive out of convenience. The neighbors were welcoming and polite. Check-in and reservation process was seamless. Definitely recommend to families/couples looking for a great place to stay in southern Maine.

This condo was right off the main drag but felt very secluded. It was supper hot during our stay, so having access to the condo community's pool was a huge bonus. The kitchen is super well equiped and Kathleen was very responsive.

This property was a amazing! It was kid-friendly and had all the comforts of home for my entire family. My boys, 9 and 11, especially enjoyed the boogie boards, scooters, footballs, and variety of games that were available. The condo itself was very clean and a comfortable place to settle after a fun day in the sun! Looking forward to staying here again!!

This location is perfect for visiting Wells, Kennebunk and Ogunquit. The condo is perfect for a family and is quite comfortable. There are multiple air conditioning units that kept the unit comfortable. The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great location and very comfortable

Great location for going to Wells and Ogunquit beaches. We booked this last minute and had lower expectations but the condo is central to restaurants and beaches- and very comfortable. Condo is outside of the security gate but still had access to pool and game room - and equipped with all the basics. Neighbors were delightful and despite being so close to Rt 1 - very quiet. We were very pleasantly surprised!
