The property was better than we expected with extra amenities in our place and the location is perfect between the bay and beach. When we return to San Diego, we would love to stay here again. Also, the communication was great and very responsive.

Lovely place

Great places to stay! We had two of the houses. Right by the Bay and only a short walk to the ocean! The boardwalk is right there and the kids had a blast! The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The pictures of the property are definitely nicer than what it is. You can tell it is a rental that has been heavily used. The dishwasher also doesn’t really work. I had messaged the property management company about a concern I had and I never heard back. That said, the location is great and there was plenty of space for our group.

Overall, we had a nice stay at this VRBO. A few takeaways: - The location was family-friendly and quiet.- The two properties were an adequate size to support 10 adults.- The in-unit washer/dryer was a nice bonus with messy kiddos. - The pictures portray a way crisper/cleaner environment than actuality. Beat-up carpet. Abused furniture. Dirty walls. The fine details need a complete overhaul. Not a place I felt comfortable having my 8-month-old crawl around or relax on furniture.
