Historic home in the center of the still quaint fishing village of Friendship. This 1862 home, housed large historic local families and may have been the town's tavern at one time. Lotsa space - extra rooms like an upper level 2nd living room and an large open top floor - for yoga or an office. A large grassy backyard, a vineyard/berry patch near a firepit. A short walk from town harbor and a Lobster eatery. Across the street is an historic old store that is well stocked. Not Boothbayesque

The property is well located off route 1 for travelers who want to get away from the crowds. this property is perfect for anything from a couple to a small family, and really lends itself to quiet family enjoyment. It's very handy that Wallace's Grocery is across the road, and were delighted to discover they carry good coffee and Broad Cove Bakery pies. We did not want to leave. It was picture perfect.
