Beautiful two-story home with private pool and beach access one block away

This elevated Low Country beach home is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, and is located one short block to easy beach access and miles of beautiful beach. The tropical landscaping includes fruit bearing banana, orange, lime, and tangelo trees. Enjoy the afternoon sun in the 30' long x 13' wide, elevated, Gunite pool which is accented by extensive IPE decking. Pool is 4' deep in the shallow end and 6' deep at the other end. The first floor of the interior offers an open living and dining area with direct access to a large covered deck and wood floors throughout. Adjacent to the living and dining area is a beautiful open kitchen with granite tops, stainless appliances, and an attached laundry room. On the second floor is a large master bedroom with direct access to a renovated master bath, a private covered balcony patio, and attached room perfect for a nursery area. The second floor bedrooms are carpeted. Great floor plan and layout for dual families with children! Jacuzzi tub in master bath does not work. The home is has wireless internet and YouTube TV via Roku TV's. So feel free to watch YouTube TV or login into any of your favorite streaming channels. Other features include: ceiling fans in every room, and a charcoal grill. Fireplace not available for use. No smoking. No pets.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Great Location w/Pool

Can’t beat this location. Very short walk to beach access and right in between Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island restaurants. My son enjoyed the pool in between beach visits. Would stay again.

Great Home for family!

Beautiful home in excellent location. The kitchen was well stocked! Very comfortable beds! We had a few Amazon deliveries before we arrived and found them inside when we entered! We are very pleased with Island Realty’s service! Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Celebration on the Isle of Palms

This is our third year coming to Isle of Palms and our first time in this house! We absolutely loved it! Very spacious for our family of 7! Quick walk to the beach and we so enjoyed the pool at the end of each day! Love this end of the island too! So quiet! Kathy Jameson

Location was great but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to be at the beach or in the pool much. When we did go, the sand toys at the house were broken and very old. We unfortunately were stuck in the house more than we expected and found that there were not many things to do. The games and puzzles were scattered and missing pieces. Also, The grill was rusted out and the leg was broken and the lights in the dining room flickered to the point we couldn’t use them. The manager, maintenance and housekeeping were very prompt with responses and did arrive quickly when we needed something fixed or needed towels/blankets. The manager also did reimburse us for buying a grill and dish cloths/towels which was very kind.

The home was in great condition on a quiet road. The house had everything we needed except beach towels, which we knew ahead of time and brought with us. The kitchen was well equipped. The sitting room/office off the master bedroom was a great place to work or relax. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at this home for our annual Labor Day weekend getaway with friends. It is spacious and the pool was a nice activity to have for the kids, as well as a very short walk to the beach. Would love to stay again in the future!

Great house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 10 people ages 4 to 87 and all loved this house! Good space, lots of steps if you have elderly. Would love to have full length mirrors in each bedroom and hooks on bathroom doors for towels. Pool man came on Thursday, I think, and didn't finish the cleaning. Never turned the filter back on. So that is another improvement that could be made. Also, the garbage cans were placed in front of driveway so had to get put and move them to pull in. We would rent again! A lot of space and loved the large front porch. Only 90 steps to beach access #3 but the beach is narrow and when it is high tide, your chairs will be in water.

The only negative is that the house was not very clean. The mattress pads and bedspreads smelled musty - obviously they have not been washed. And there was trash left in the kitchen trash can.

Wonderful House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house along with 209 Charleston for our fall break trip with 5 families, and we couldn’t have asked for better houses! We have been going to IOP for 20 years and this house is one of our favorites. This house is beautiful, well appointed, lots of room and comfy beds, the porch was amazing and where we spent most of our time. The pool looked nice but we weren’t able to use is due to debris from the hurricane that hit before we came. Access to the beach was a short walk. We had everything we needed to cook and we cooked a lot for 24 people! The appliance were nice and we appreciated the ice and water in the refrigerator door. Just a few things that would make a guest stay a little better, A new, full size broom. We like to clean while we are there, and the broom that is there is tiny and very wore out, it just really didn’t do any good. So we pulled out the vacuum which is a nice shark, but it smelled so bad we were all gagging, it needs a good cleaning and a filter change. A multipurpose or glass cleaner would be nice to wipe down counters and surfaces. If you use detergent pods in the washer they just gather in the rubber seal and don’t resolve, we didn’t use them but apparently the people before us did, it may need a sign on it cautioning people not to use them. And lastly a gas grill would be nice. None of this is a deal breaker, we absolutely would rent the house again and are in the process of making plans to do so, but just thought that info might be helpful! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back, thank you for sharing this lovely house!

Fabulous House!!!

We were in Charleston for a family wedding and had many relatives come share our porch for great conversation. The grandkids loved the pool and despite the cool water went swimming many times daily. Open kitchen, living and dining rooms fit everyone nicely so we all could be together when inside. Bedroom layout was fantastic for 3 different families. Everyone had plenty of space. Great location to the beach access! Island Realty was great to work with from beginning to end always available for our questions and needs. Grandkids cried when they left! We are use to having HD TV'S and cable ready which we did not have. Owner suite did not have a full length mirror needed to get ready for many wedding events. House could have been a little cleaner on arrival.Everything aside we do want to return with our family! We all enjoyed it very much.
