Our home is special to us and to the many families that stay here. The majority of the high season is occupied by families who come back year after year— families who are building generational memories and forming a lasting, personal connection with the home and area. We always give our loyal guests the opportunity to renew before taking new reservations from new guests. The quiet calm of the outer cape is here. This year round rental is perched high upon the Truro dunes treating you with unrivaled views of Cape Cod Bay. The lure of the Bay's gentle tide is irresistible from your private beach. This spacious home is perfect for your annual family reunion or multi-family vacation. Come enjoy the raw beauty of the outer cape.

This classic beachfront boasts 6 bedrooms: master with king-size bed which shares an en suite bathroom with second master with queen-size bed; a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and adjoining lounge area with a full sleeper sofa, a fourth bedroom with a king-size bed, and two bedrooms with full/double sized beds. All bedrooms have Bay Views. One of the more desired rooms may be the upstairs bedroom which is bay front and has amazing views of Cape Cod Bay. This home lends itself to large family gatherings with plenty of room both inside and out for entertaining or a place to find a private nook to curl up with a book.

Central AC is available though we encourage you to enjoy the the bay breezes and numerous ceiling fans throughout the house. During the colder months, cozy up with blankets and enjoy the romantic, moody skies over the Cape Cod Bay. No matter the season, this house will not disappoint.

The expansive patio is the perfect place for outdoor dining and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. Private stairs lead to your own sandy beach for swimming, beach combing, or just a quiet walk along the beach.

The art, culture, and culinary delights of Provincetown are just a 10 minute drive. Alternatively, Wellfleet is just a 10 minute drive south from Truro where you will find the famous Drive-In Theatre, more art and pottery galleries, and the Audubon bird sanctuary. For the more ambitious, both are within reach by the pedal.

We had an absolutely wonderful multigenerational Thanksgiving getaway at this home. Four generations traveled in from NYC, San Francisco, and Dallas, and the space could not have been more perfect for bringing everyone together. The kitchen was exceptionally well-appointed, the large family table fit all of us comfortably, and the beautiful views added so much to our stay.The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked—everything we needed for a smooth and celebratory holiday.To make the week even more special, our daughter got engaged during our stay! This home will always be part of that memory. Highly recommend for families looking for a warm, welcoming place to gather.

What an incredible house! The hosts were accommodating, gracious and kind. The views were unbeatable and the house was fantastic to spend time with family, with a great mix of space in the rooms and common areas. Very close to town and easy to get around. My partner and I have stayed in Truro often, yearly from the mid-nineties until 2015 when we moved to California, and at least five times since. Of all the lovely houses we have rented, this one is by far the best. We were able to invite many friends to visit for several days. The house not only commands beautiful views of the Bay, but sleeps many people easily with complete privacy. The kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor spaces are beautiful and the location is an easy drive to Provincetown and Wellfleet. Best of all, the owners were very helpful and always responded instantly to texts.

From initial outreach to the day of our departure, Brian and Doriot were incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the entire reservation process seamless. The property itself was incredibly clean and well-equipped, and provided all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The location was top-notch with incredible oceanfront access and views. The home was an instant hit with the entire family, and made for many beautiful memories. Our family had an amazing time at your beautiful home! The house was spectacular, the views gorgeous and the location was perfect! Gorgeous house, beautiful setting! We had an amazing Friendsgiving at this house- two VERY well stocked kitchens, plenty of room to hang out, play games, and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner at the huge dining room table. You cannot beat the view and the beach access. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Amazing property in North Truro

We loved our stay at this beautiful and charming beach house. The house is large and spacious, clean, well maintained and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Incredible location and property

This was the perfect house for us. The beach is stupendous - sandy with warm water - although the steep stairs down to the beach were a challenge for some. That said, being so high up on the bluff offers incredible views out to Provicetown and memorable sunsets. The house itself offers privacy, lots of space and truly delightful common areas. We loved it and hope to come back.

We loved this beautiful Truro house. It is spacious, has gorgeous full bay views and is in a fantastic location close to the winery and the Truro beaches. AC was great. High end finishes abound in the house. There is a ton of space for a large family. We were 6 adults and two kids. Highly recommend!

A perfect home for a family vacation! Beautifully maintained with charming touches, steps down to the town beach, and every comfort you could imagine. Plenty of room to spread out, a large deck overlooking the Bay with a large umbrella, lounge chaIrs and a large table for family meals and sunset cocktails There's a charming, quiet side garden spot perfect for relaxation and reading (or an afternoon nap). Perfect Vacation home!!

This was truly the perfect place to celebrate our Fiftieth Wedding Anniversary with our children and grandchildren. There were eleven of us and the house and location were ideal. The house was well appointed and comfortable with many areas if one sought some quiet time. The views are spectacular and the private beach is wonderful for paddle boarding and beach activities. We have rented many homes from VRBO and this was the best!!! The owners were extremely helpful and most accommodating and we would definitely recommend this beautiful home!!

Absolutely stunning and perfect. A group of 12 of us have been making an annual summer trip to Cape Cod for the last 10 years. Just a week to relax and catch up. We want a good location, on the beach or with the beach in site, clean, accommodating, large deck, dining facilities to support all of us at one table, and central A/C. We've stayed in many towns, always looking for the "perfect" place, and couldn't find it. And now we've found it. The house was immaculate, had every single thing we needed, including bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs. You name it, you found it. High end kitchen with sub-zero, wolf and bosch appliances. It was right on the beach on the bay side, high up on a bluff with stairs down to the water. Brian and Doriot were extremely responsive and easy to plan with.

Steps to the beach - 105 of them so be prepared, but intermediate landings to stop and catch your breath. Worth every step. Outdoor shower head at the beach(!), foot rinse off the deck and additional outdoor shower. Amazing.

Dreamy and Gorgeous High End Waterfont Home

A Grand place indeed, with incredible, awe inspiring views, and sounds of the ocean. Beautiful distant views of Provincetown and tower. Quick easy access to P-town, and great local market Salty Market for all basic groceries. House is super spacious, private, comfortable. When the tide is out, great for shallow exploring hundreds of feet off shore. Kitchen loaded with all the gadgets for eating and entertaining. Top end Weber grill for excellent grilling. Ocean vistas, Waves crashing, and curtains fluttering from the Ocean breezes are memories that will last a lifetime !

Our family of 10 had a fantastic end of summer vacation at this beautiful Cape property. The location was perfect for nearby attractions, peace and quiet in a nice neighborhood, and its location right on a beautiful beach that we pretty much had all to ourselves. The house is huge! Our family all had room to spread out, both inside and out. We spent a lot of time on the huge deck overlooking the beach, as well as on the beach. The deck had a massive umbrella to provide shade when it got hot in the sun. There was more than enough beach equipment which was so conveniently located at the bottom of the stairs on the beach. (Note on the stairs- there are a lot of them and may not be user friendly for everyone.) The house had everything you could ever need, and then some. We loved having 2 kitchens! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and will be a very hard act to follow on any other vacations!! The owners were super easy to communicate with, and seemed very dedicated to making sure we had everything we needed. The check in and check out process were easy. Thank you Brian for allowing us to stay in your perfect vacation home. We hope to return again!

Beautiful Stay in Truro

This was our second stay at this house. It is well situated and appointed with beautiful bay views from the balcony and the living area/kitchen, several nice recreational spaces to play ping pong or corn hole or watch TV or read, and most importantly just a few stair steps from the beach. Our crew was family consisting of three couples, a toddler and a single guy, and there were plenty of nice bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. Also, from the shore, we saw a whale breaching, a sunfish, and schools of herring getting chased to the beach by large striped bass. Absolutely wonderful and we will hope to stay again. Lastly, the owners are very attentive and communicated and accommodated us as much as could be expected. We highly recommend!

Bird's Eye View was everything we dreamed of!!!

My experience booking Bird's Eye View was seamless from the start. The owners were gracious, responsive and very welcoming. The house far exceeded our expectations in so many ways. We had eight guests (four couples) all with different needs and expectations. The house was large enough and the layout was perfect for such a group. The two kitchens offered additional supplies for cooking and plenty of space to spread out. There were so many extras. The View and ocean breeze will always be a happy memory for all of us. If and when we go back we won't consider going anywhere else but Bird's Eye.

Perfect house at the best location on the Cape!

This is literally the perfect Cape Cod vacation home. We stayed with a group of friends for 4 nights (wish we could have stayed longer!). The location in North Truro is really unbelievable -- overlooking the bay with direct access to a private beach! None of us even wanted to leave the house during our visit. :) It's also convenient to local markets, P-Town, etc. The house itself is tastefully furnished and extremely well-appointed, with everything you need for cooking for a large group, and you can dine either outdoors by the bay or in the lovely dining room. There are two kitchens for optimal food prep as well (and of course a grill on the deck)! Every bedroom was beautiful, clean, and well-furnished. And finally, the hosts were perfect - very nice, accommodating, communicative, and reasonable. I'd recommend this house 100% and will look forward to the next time I can stay here again!

Lovely bay front stay

We had a wonderful stay in this well-appointed house in north Truro with our group of seven, consisting of two adults with three young adult children and a couple of friends. The house has three different bedroom areas which allowed for some convenient separation given varying night and morning schedules. Our master bedroom was lovely and allowed a view of the bay and the sound of the shore waves all night long. The living room is airy and comfortable and gave us a nice space for reading, playing games or watching TV together. The house faces the bay and sits on a dune with stairs descending to private beach, where we swam, fished, and took long walks. One of the nicest features of the house is the large balcony that provides beautiful, expansive views of the bay, the shoreline, Provincetown in the distance, and the sunsets! We found the house to have everything we needed and to be very comfortable and pleasant, just as described. The owners were especially attentive throughout the rental process and our stay, going above and beyond to assure that we had all our questions answered, and even advising us of a traffic snag on Route 6 on the day of our departure. We have been coming to Truro for decades and found this property to be a lovely home for our stay this year. We would highly recommend it to others!

I grew up outside Boston, and spent many summers visiting my grandmother on the Cape. When I met Brian, a Jersey boy, I introduced him to the beauties of Cape Cod. We started spending summers vacationing with friends/family all along the Outer Cape, but Truro was always our favorite. It is a dream to be a part of this incredible place.

Why they chose this property

So much attracted us to this special home. It was clear that it was meticulously cared for by its loving owners since it was first erected in the 1930s. With the property facing west over the bay, it promises unforgettable sunsets. We knew this was home the moment we looked out over the historic bay from the deck.
