This upper level duplex home is located in the heart of Charlevoix’s downtown valley, removed from the bustle of town but close to everything -in a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. Just 3 blocks to the library, Lake Michigan beach, downtown shops, restaurants & more! - 5 Minutes drive to wedding venues!

This 2 bedroom/1 bath sleeps 4 guests: a perfect home base for your group, or a spacious getaway for couples! Looking to book for a larger group? -inquire on availability for our lower unit.
This upper unit has lots of privacy, with parking for four vehicles in the driveway and a separate, private entrance accessed via the back of the home. Very private, with a side yard and spacious upper deck! This property does require children to be 8 and older.

Enjoy this well maintained space, with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities needed for your stay!: a large, stocked kitchen, TV/wi-fi, A/C, laundry facilities, quality comforts, games, a lower patio, and a fantastic back deck. You can relax and enjoy the up north atmosphere, just minutes from all Charlevoix has to offer.

The space:
This home is newly furnished, with hardwood floors, an open floor plan, and design touches to enhance your vacation experience.
The spacious kitchen offers many amenities and a variety of seating, with dining at the table and seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen includes a microwave, gas range/stovetop, range hood, coffee maker, toaster, blender, plenty of kitchen/baking ware, cooking utensils, etc. -Mornings at Downtown Charlevoix Charmer have so many options!-Take your coffee to go on a morning beach walk as you hunt for Petoskey stones…just 2 blocks away! Or -savor it outside on the back deck and listen to the neighborhood wake up. ...another option? - Walk 3 blocks to one of town's great coffee places, and stroll along the marina or catch an art show in the park.

Cook your meal, graze from the bar, or grill outside! Take advantage of beautiful nights in Charlevoix, and listen for the waves on Lake Michigan from the back deck or patio.
-Staying inside for the night? Check out our games, gather up at the table, or spend a night playing cards with the game on.

Right off of the kitchen you will find a spacious living room. Cozy up and watch a movie or tv (cable tv stations provided) with a 50” Smart TV. Be sure to check out the entertainment cabinet for games, puzzles, cards, and books to explore!

This house is fully equipped with everything you would need from linens, towels, and a starter pack of all the consumables.

CENTRALLY LOCATED in Northern Michigan -A home base to explore:
On the south side of the bridge in town, the cottage is only a short drive to many of Northern Michigan's fantastic small towns, lakes, festivals, golf courses, art shows, breweries/wineries, and outdoor recreation areas! Charlevoix has many wonderful restaurants, retail stores, as well as a three-screen movie theater and grocery shopping center all within walking distance! Stroll the city streets and enjoy the views of Lake Charlevoix, Round Lake, and Lake Michigan. Have children with you? - Take advantage of the downtown splash pad and watch boats in the harbor.

-5 minutes to: Castle Farms & many of Charlevoix's wedding/function venues,

In addition to its own little ski hill-Mt. McSauba- (GREAT downhill skiing for kids! - snowshoeing & candlelight hikes, too), this cottage is just a half hour drive to most SKI RESORTS- Knubs Knob, BOYNE properties, Shanty Creek, Schuss Mountain.
Relax in Charlevoix and slow down the pace after a day outside!
Enjoy our wintertime festivals (see Charlevoix Chamber of Commerce website), downtown boutique shops, restaurants, local candlelight hikes at Mt. McSauba, breweries/wineries, and cross country skiing-snowshoeing-hiking at Fisherman's Island State Park, just a few minutes away!
