Experience unparalleled privacy with your own waterfall, swimming hole, and winding creek pools just 300 yards from your door (these areas are shared with other guests on our property). Enjoy hammocks, nature trails, 5 ADK lakes within 20 minutes, the High peaks, Historic sites. Located in the stunning Adirondack region, this is the perfect basecamp for exploring local lakes and historic landmarks. The Yard is beautiful surrounded by flowers with a screened in 12x12 dining tent.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All linens, towels place in the tub in the 2nd floor bathroom
Garbage to fro.t.of garage doors. Grey can general garbage,black square can recyclables metal, plastic, black tub burnable items, 5 cent returns
Leave the key on the dining room table and lock the door knob on the way out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking anything in the barn.
Turn AC off on the 1st floor at night and open windows
Keep heat at 68 and use Wood stove on the 1st floor.
