We are thrilled to open our doors and share this serene escape with you.
Nestled in nature on almost 2 acres, yet only a 5 minute drive to downtown Clayton. Magnolia Ridge offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.

Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace or unwind by the fire pit as you watch the sun set over the hills. With three comfortable bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms, there is plenty of room for all to relax.

Just a short drive from the house you’ll find a network of hiking trails for all skill levels. For those who crave a splash of excitement, the nearby river offers opportunities for kayaking, white water rafting and fishing.

Kingwood Resort and Winery is within minutes from the house and offers stunning views of the mountains while you play

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please clean out the fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used. -Start a load of towels in the washing machine on the highest temperature setting.
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used or if any damages occurred during your stay. Most importantly, please inform us 1-day prior to checkout if you intend on leaving before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Relaxing, modern mountain home

We loved staying in this beautiful home. It was tastefully decorated, peaceful, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. They even included indoor and outdoor games, throw blankets, and books and magazines to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and well staged.

The driveway is a little challenging; I would recommend saying an SUV or 4WD vehicle would be ideal. However, the home is great and clean. A little bit of documentation on how to use the showers and work the a/c and heat would be great! Super close to town! Great view from the patio area.

We did not know the driveway was so long, rocky and somewhat sketchy for our minivan to traverse. We were unable to use the outdoor space and screened porch due to the number of large spiders in their intricate webs. A power wash or broom cleaning of webs was necessary, neither of which we had. Other than the driveway and outdoor space, the house was the perfect size for our 3 adults and 2 kids. Upstairs was quite warmer than downstairs, but that is to be expected. All appliances and utensils we needed were readily available. We did not have to interact with the host while we were staying, as check in and entering the house had explicit instructions that were easy to follow.
