Amazing location. 1hr 45min to the Gardiner Yellowstone entrance. 15 minutes to Bozeman. 10 minutes to the airport. Property was exceptional, well equipped is an understatement, and one of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Trout fishing 100ft from the back door. Couldn't ask for anything else.

The house and the entire property were. The appliances were up to date and everything worked well. The mountain views were spectacularAustin was very responsive.All in all, it was a great stay at the River House.

The hot tub was always working. Austin was very easy to reach. Everything in the house was updated and all appliances were working.The views were great and we especially enjoyed the resident flock of turkeys.We would love to stay there again.

This house was beautiful! When we arrived in Montana, the host informed us there was a slight delay to check in due to the previous guest refusing to leave. After arriving at the house, we could understand why they refused to leave, the property and house were amazing. This was not the fault of the owner or the management company, they apologized numerous times. We are a family of 7 and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Several of us were able to enjoy the river and just relax outside. I will say make sure you have bear spray near you, we were visited twice during our stay. We had to cut our vacation short due to a family emergency but we plan to visit Montana again and hope to stay here. I really want to thank Austin for everything, he was amazing.

Pleasantly surprised

When we arrived for our stay, my daughter and I went in first to pick the rooms everyone was going to stay in. It was so clean, had plenty of linens, and the rooms look so comfy and inviting. The master bath was perfect! We had to get ready for an event and no fighting over sinks or space to get dressed! The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The house overall was absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed sitting outside by the stream and it was perfect for our bbq with family that live in Montana. My granddaughter begged to stay longer! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for letting us make memories at such a beautiful place
