This cozy home, nestled in the maple trees, borders our Percy Farm pasture on Weeks Hill Rd and overlooks the mtns, and Stowe Village. A very comfortable space where you can work, play, relax, and take in the spectacular view! Head out to the VAST trail just outside the door for a winter adventure or visit the Jersey cows in the Spring, Summer or Fall. Stowe village 2 miles away, and the resort is an easy 5 miles. This family farmhouse is stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and perfect for morning coffee in a rocking chair on the porch or sunset tea around the fire pit. A wood burning stove will warm your heart while you cozy up in the comfortable living room with games, puzzles and a smart TV. 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Indeed, the land and the view is a huge draw for those looking to experience Stowe. The outdoor deck and lawn has many options for seating and swings hang in the trees waiting for kids.
