O imóvel e igual do anúncio, bem limpo e arejado, em perfeitas condições. Bem próximo a praia da enseada, da pra ir a pé, também próximo da praia grande mas precisa ir de carro, o condomínio e excelente, e o contato com a responsável tb foi ótimo. Não tivemos nenhum contratempo e nada ficou a desejar. Só posso dizer que foi perfeito

Lugar exatamente como o descrito , limpeza impecável, com tudo que se precisa dentro de um casa ( panelas, pratos, copos, talheres, material de limpeza, papel higiênico, banheira para bebê, e etc ...em resumo tudo).Lugar aconchegante, muito bem mobiliado e cuidado, me senti em casa e condomínio estritamente familiar, sem bagunça, sem barulho, só famílias.Area de lazer arborizada, bem cuidada, piscina limpissima, churrasqueiras completas e ótimas.Próximo a praia e a comércio, podendo ser alcançados a pé, sem contar a atenção da proprietária, pessoa bonissima, uma fofa Podem ir sem medo.

Boa localização

Imóvel muito bem localizado, muito próximo da praia, mercados, padaria. Condomínio tem máquina de gelo disponível 24h, piscina, salão de jogos, estacionamento. Apesar de não termos usado, na casa tem cadeiras e guarda sol.

Eu e minha família amamos tudo, a localização, a limpeza, o quão aconchegante é a casa, na mesma rua já tem uma praia, e mercados, posto de gasolina, padaria, são pertinho. Piscina grande e limpa, área de lazer ótima. Com certeza voltaremos, superou as expectativas!!

Imóvel atende as necessidades da familia.

O imovel está proximo a praia, possui uma piscine boa e quiosque de churrasqueira. A televisão da sala não está pegando muito bem, mas como ficamos muito pouco no apartamento não foi um problema.

A casa é maravilhosa, é exatamente como descreve o anúncio e fotos, é espaçosa, muito bem ventilada, todos os equipamentos funcionam perfeitamente além de ter todos os utensílios de cozinha e possuir um decoração linda. O espaço comum do condomínio é muito seguro, agradável e familiar. A piscina é maravilhosa! A Alexia foi muito atenciosa, assim como os funcionários do condomínio ao nos receber. Sem duvidas, recomendo este imóvel e pretendemos voltar lá mais vezes!
