Welcome to your perfect home-away-from-home located in Oregon, Wisconsin. Our charming studio offers a cozy and comfortable space for travelers seeking a relaxing stay.

This unit offers a king size bed, SMART TV, kitchen area stocked with culinary necessities, full bathroom, and in unit washer/dryer. (Starter supplies of bedding, towels, and basic supplies are provided)

This is a private Studio Apartment located on the first floor within a quiet apartment building.

There are 2 surface parking lots on site - one has stairs to get to the terrace where the private outdoor entrance is located. The other lot does not have/require stairs.

Guest will receive an access code to enter the unit via the private outdoor entrance 1 day before their check-in. Guest may park in the above ground parking lot on site.

This unit is professionally managed by Patriot Properties. Please communicate directly through your booking platforms messaging system. If necessary, call the main office line to contact management, after hours emergency information will be available at the main office number.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.

No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.

Excellent, intimate and efficient for Madison area stays

The studio apartment was perfect for our stay (just the two of us). We had visited to run a local ultramarathon race and the location was perfect. Small kitchen was convenient and the apartment was easy to access. Better than a hotel! Host was very friendly and easy to contact.

Host was reponsive on heating problem once I figured out how to communicate with him. Some supplies could have been better. No d/w pods or detergent, garbage bags were missing until i asked for them. Shower curtain is torn, needs replacing. All in all a good experience.
