Comfortable & spacious 3 bedroom house close to Craigville Beach
Beach parking pass included!
This is a clean, comfortable three bedroom two bath one mile to Craigville Beach. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, and a third with two twins, There are two full bathrooms, one attached to one of the queen bedroom and the other in between the queen and the twin rooms.
There is a mini split AC in the living room that cools the first floor and another one in the master bedroom. We have high speed wireless Internet and a large flat screen in the living room. We provide linens, towels, and beach towels.
The cottage is simply furnished, comfortable and clean.
We are also offering the house as a winter rental, it is very comfortable in the off-season, it is quiet and peaceful, you can walk or bike down to the beach, walk to the country store and the library.
This is the first level of a two family house, there is an upstairs unit with a year-round renter who has a private entrance, is quiet and keeps to herself. There’s no connection between the two units.
The house is a great option for a family that wants to be close to the beach.

I am from New York and have several rental properties on the Cape. I love Centerville, there’s so much to do and so many great restaurants!
Why they chose this property
Centerville is the best of both worlds, it’s like a small town field with the country store in four seas ice cream and yet in both directions there are great towns with great restaurants, Osterville and Hyannis.
What makes this property unique
We think our place is simple, but comfortable, we love that we are not far from Craigville Beach and that we can walk to the Four Seas ice cream shop!
