This property is appropriate for adults only. It is not appropriate for children. Children (under 16), Pets, Smoking and Hunting is not allowed on the property.

Daily Rentals are $ 175 per night with a 2 night minimum. Weekly Rentals are available from May until October. Weekly rental rate is $ 1,250 (plus a $ 150 Security Deposit is required and will be refunded (based upon condition of property after departure) within 2 weeks of rental period.

This cabin is situated 10 minutes from the Village of Naples in the Bristol Hills and provides easy access to many area activities. The cabin is very close to the Smith Boys Marina, Antique shops, Wine Trail, Bristol Mountain and more.

An exposed brick fireplace is the centerpiece of a large, comfortable open plan family room. In front of the fireplace are two comfortable chairs. A traditional maple dining table with seating for 6 offers the charm and atmosphere for a great social area. The living room area has panoramic windows of the lake with two couches and modern luxuries of TV, cable, DVD and stereo.

The well equipped Kitchen has a window overlooking the lake with a stove, an oven, refrigerator, a microwave oven and coffee maker. The home also has electric heating for the chilly nights in the early summer and fall.

The Cabin comfortably sleeps 4 people. There are 2 bright comfortable bedrooms all situated on one level to provide a perfect location for a weekend vacation.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed.
Bedroom 2 has two bunk beds.
All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with traditional quilted covers.
The home also has a bathroom with a shower.

For outside enjoyment you will find garden seating, two picnic tables, a fire pit, and plenty of lawn. There is a gas grill available for your use.

This cabin is not suitable for children or handicapped. Pets are not allowed.
