Charming beach cottage with tons of flare just a quick 3 min walk to beach access! Large entertainment area downstairs w/ fenced yard, fire pit, sand shower & built in picnic table + water table/toys for kiddos!
Enjoy your morning sunrise w/coffee on the large covered front deck w/built in picnic table & seating! Open concept & the fabulous beadboard ceilings, glass front cabinets, spacious pantry, island w/add'l seating & dining area.
Primary bedroom: King bed
Guest bedroom: King bed
Bunk Room: Two bunk beds, one with a full on the bottom and twin on the top and the second has twin's for both the bottom and top bunk. This is a pull out trundle bed under the full for extra accommodations if needed.
KING size beds in each of the two bedrooms for adults, and a BUNK room sleeping 6!
Cook a full meal with a complete stocked kitchen!
Fire pit, horseshoes, cornhole and beach toys for a family getaway.
Upstairs deck is completely shaded with built in table to enjoy your family meals and a beautiful ocean breeze. High speed internet provided throughout allowing for laptop set up at your preferred space either indoor or outdoor to compliment the ideal work on vacation environment.
Lockbox and keypad door entry will be sent to you prior to check in. Always available to reach out directly to us ANYTIME!

Originally we are from a small town in south east Texas. Our family enjoys the beach and travel whenever we can get away. Honestly, we dont mind just sitting on our back back porch while the dogs and kiddo play with grill running and hopefully football the TV.
When we actually get to 'vacation' our preferred activity is SCUBA diving. We have been lucky enough to travel to some really unique places and spend time under the sea.
Hosting started for us as a secondary income source. Over time we have found that we really enjoy a hands on approach, and being a part of generating great memories for friends and family. This is something that continues to grow in our lives and we are enjoying all the goods and bags in the process.

Why they chose this property
We chose to host in this neighborhood actually because our family has a beach house a few miles up the road. It seemed great to also get a place that a few times a year we could try to sync schedules and actually vacation in a home we were using for hosting. Not to mention that I actually lived in Crystal Beach for a few years during college. So we are somewhat locals even though we now call Florida home.
What makes this property unique
Sadly not much. There are so many great properties that even though I feel we have done an excellent job outfitting our house for families so have so many others. So the difference makers is us. We really do work hard to make sure the guests have a great experience and we stay very involved through the whole stay ensuring that if needed, any service can be provided.
