Nice place in a good location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay.

Abdul, his wife and son are wonderful people. I was very comfortable there. I have never seen such a clean place! I traveled to Edinburgh solo. This was perfect for me..I recommend this VRBO to no more than two people at a time…,also to note..if you stay in Edinburgh the Lothian buses only take credit cards, not debit….If I ever came back to Edinburgh I’d stay there again.

We arrived at the room and found that the bedding was stained and there was hair in the bedding. The floors had not been cleaned and we refused to stay there. The listing also lists a washer and dryer...there are no washer and dryer. We asked for a refund and owner refused.
