Overlooking Lake Burton with easy access to The Waterfall Club (3 mins), LaPrades and Anchorage Marinas, and the charming mountain towns of Clayton (12 mins), Helen (30 mins), Highlands (45 mins), and Hiawassee (20 mins), you and up to 10 people can experience the idyllic Blue Ridge Mountains of Northeast Georgia like a local in this breathtaking, new custom-built 4-bedroom, 5 bathroom (3 full, 2 half) mountain home!
Newly paved roads will take you all the way to the property (no narrow, curvy dirt roads) which sits on a private, dead-end road at the base of Goat Cliff community. The property is located consists of over 2 acres of private, wooded land with beautiful flora surrounding the home.
Enjoy sunsets from the enormous covered back porch overlooking the layered mountains and quiet north end of Lake Burton complete with a large stone fireplace (gas logs), 65-inch outdoor television, outdoor living space, and family-style outdoor dining table. At the end of the hall, you will find the third bedroom (1 queen bed) with private en-suite bathroom including a tub/shower combo. Out the back of the house, you'll also find a large covered patio where you can play corn-hole and enjoy the views.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please DO NOT strip used beds. Simply leave any used beds UNMADE and that's it. Cleaner will take it from there!
Please place all used towels into a pile in each bathroom floor. Any unused towels can be left folded.
Please take all trash/recycling to:

Monday - Saturday: Open 7:00a.m -7:00p.m.

I grew up spending every summer and almost every weekend of my childhood on Lake Burton. Although I do not live there full time, Lake Burton has been and remains my favorite place on earth.
