3 Bedroom Condo Steps from the beach with an Ocean View. Newly redone and updated. New porch and stairs. New carpeting throughout and new living room furniture.

Make yourself at home in our beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom Condo. The Condo is located on 88th street, and is just a few steps from the beach, with ocean views from our large balcony.

You will find the house in great condition, with recently updated Kitchen & Bathrooms. And we work hard to make sure we have all of the amenities that you will need including: Plates, Utensils, Kitchen Appliances. The living room has a large HDTV as well as free WIFI access.

Our condo offers 2 covered parking spaces and a storage unit that is filled with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Within walking distance of many restaurants, convenience stores, and a full grocery store.

We don't rent to high school seniors. Someone 25 or older is required to stay.

This was our 3rd year at Fins3! We absolutely enjoyed it! Especially the new beds! Easy check in/out, great communication with host, clean, and only steps to the sand!! We’ll be back next year!!

The condo was just wonderful, tastefully decorated with that beachy feel. The beds were super comfortable. Totally stocked which was helpful if we forgot something. So close to the beach which was wonderful. The ability to use beach chairs and such was a plus. Honestly, it felt like home away from home. The host was amazing just when we had to contact him. Communication was impeccable. We would definitely stay there again. We couldn't be happier!

Overall, we had a very good experience however, I’m not impressed with the cleaning people. They had the wrong check in time and hand’t even started 20 minutes before we were set to check in despite being the normal crew. Then they made excuses saying 3 wasn’t the normal check in time and that it must be because it was VRBO (3pm is what is provided in the packet by the owner so thats not the case), and then went on a weird political rant. That all delayed our ability to get in for an hour (from other reviews, this isn’t typical). Wasn’t dirty by any stretch but some dishes and surfaces seemed neglected. Typically not a huge deal but after driving 7 hours from CT, it was unfortunate. The layout of the condo, the location, and everything else was good. Good amenities, comfy couches (indoor and out), and phone/tablet chargers galore. We would stay again however cleaning people could be a bit more professional I guess? Certainly not a deal breaker though.

Condo was perfect for our family and a great location to walk to restaurants, grocery store, beach, etc. Condo was also more equipped than most that we’ve stayed in OCMD.

Our weekend in OC

Our stay was nice, location good. Condo decorated nice. Unit was only surface clean, had to buy towels, sheets, paper itemsbon first day of artival..I text owner in detail and to request cleaning fee be refunded.

Perfect Vacation!

Arrived and had a clean secure place with all the AC, and appliances needed for a nice week with family. Close to the beach, on the ocean block. Neighbors were well behaved and there were no surprises. Family loved the beach, the layout and the sleeping arrangements worked well. We were able to enjoy the beach during day, and the porch at night. The boardwalk activities are a 15 minute drive but worth it. We truly had a blast! Coming back for sure!

Owner was great to work with. Linen service was an unexpected bonus. The condo needs a deep clean , it doesn’t look like it has been done in the off season. It needs a refresh of kitchen plates, equipment, etc. The cleaning service did not do a complete job.

Awesome family time at the beach

A perfect space to celebrate my husband's birthday and getaway. The home was warmly decorated and comfortable. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, it was very convenient. The location is accessible to the beach, shopping and nearby attractions. Small hiccup when we discovered only 2 sets of keys in the lockbox and laundry in the washer but no worries we totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property and will book again. After coming to Ocean City for over 30 years we decided to take the plunge and buy a vacation home. With a wife and 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren who love the ocean it was the right move for us.

Why they chose this property

We loved the location of this house. It is in mid-town Ocean City so it is close to everything while being in one of the most open beautiful areas.

We are only 100 feet from the beach. We wanted to be close to the beach so that we can easily walk back and forth with the grandchildren.

The house has a very open airy feel to it. The primary living area opens up to a lovely large porch which really expands the space.
