The entire house is available to rent when we travel. This is my home and my only home. We ask that you take good care of it and follow the rules.

Why they chose this property

I didnt have much of a choice on the neighborhood. Its what was available to buy at the time. We like it because its a quiet location and nice neighborhood. I also didnt want a huge property to take care of. This is a Duplex that fit our needs nicely. We are tucked away from the hassle and it is generally a quiet location.

What makes this property unique

I love this property for the wide hallway, I feel I decorated tastefully and the backyard space is coming together really nice. We love sitting outside and enjoying the evenings. The fence is fun and ads a whimsical feature to the yard.
