Welcome to our beautiful, modern top-floor beach condo, located along the coastline of Watsonville, CA in the peaceful and private community of Pajaro Dunes. Situated on the third level, our home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating two couples, families or groups of 5 guests.
The ocean-view primary suite features a California King bed, while the guest bedroom offers a Queen bed and a Twin. We recently purchased this home and instantly fell in love with the magic of Pajaro Dunes. Every detail has been thoughtfully upgraded with all-new furnishings, brand-new flooring, and no expense spared—so you can fully relax and enjoy this special piece of coastal paradise.
Each room is equipped with Smart TVs, including a 55” Samsung TV in the living area with cable and streaming services, making it easy to enjoy your favorite shows and playlists throughout your stay. A DVD player and a curated selection of family-favorite movies are also available for a cozy movie night.
Wake up to the soothing sound of the waves and enjoy your morning coffee with our drip coffee maker or Keurig. We have a propane BBQ on the ocean deck for grilling and Electric Fireplace for lounging and watching the waves. For outdoor fun, we offer complimentary sports equipment, including pickleball gear and boogie boards. You can also inquire with our onsite team about seasonal propane bonfire setups (available March 15 - Nov 15).
Our friendly front desk team is onsite seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with housekeeping and maintenance available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to ensure a seamless stay.
Monterey and Carmel are approximately 40 minutes HWY1 South (please allow extra time during Car Week), while the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Henry Cowell State Park are about 30 minutes HWY 1 North. Our location is ideal for guests seeking a serene, beachfront escape with family-friendly attractions conveniently nearby. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all trash and recycling to outside trash sheds in parking lot.
Return furniture to its original position. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
