House was very clean and exactly as described. The location was awesome for enjoying downtown Washington. When we got there we asked if they had a fire pit and the host accommodated within an hour. Excellent stay, would recommend.

This cottage was the perfect size for our family of three. My daughter enjoyed having her own bathroom. Both the beds have super comfortable memory foam mattresses so we barely missed ours from home! The entire home was spotless clean and very well appointed.
