Welcome home to Seaside Village. Our beautiful apartment and townhome community nestled in the heart of Galveston, Texas. We are just a short trip from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark, the Pleasure Pier, the Strand, fine dining, and abundant shopping. With nearby Gulf Freeway 45 and our central island location, your commute will be the last thing on your mind. Come enjoy Galveston Island in your spacious stress-free vacation rental! This is not a party place and no events are parties, loud music or intrusive behavior will be allowed.

Our expectations are high and it’s truly important to us that all of our guests have a wonderful experience and stay.

Our VRBO has recently been updated with new mattresses, new pillows, updated furniture, new accessories, new washer and dryer, new refrigerator and dishwasher, new light fixtures, new ceiling fans, new paint and more!

This is a beautiful condo is on the second floor and is a townhouse so there are stairs. Pool viewThere is no elevator access and I just like to put this out here because some of the ratings that I have received as a four were only because it was a second-floor apartment with stairs and they did not see it in the description so I have added it in multiple places. It is not handicap accessible.

This was our second stay at the property and still absolutely enjoy our time there. Facilities are clean and well maintained, pool area makes for a great 'end of the day' and the local residents are not only helpful in recommending things to do but are genuinely sincere and kind.Keep up the great work! The condo was perfect for us visiting family on the island. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Having the pool was also nice to have when we wanted something different than the beach. I would definitely rebook again in the future.

First timers Read!I've always stayed in hotels. This was my very first home/condo rental and the only complain I have is that I over packed with beach items! They had a beach wagon, sand toys, floaties, beach umbrellas, beach mat & small child beach chair.The air bed has its own air pump so it's an easy setup, extra pillows and blankets were available.It has stairs so families with little ones beware. There was also a box fan which we had also packed!The host gave very clear instructions about the stay and arrival. The beach was amazing it's sandy and the water was clear, didn't expect the waves to be so strong this time of year. The place is a little older, so some things were outdated like the big tub in master bedroom and the draining in that shower and sink were slow to drain. Other than that, my family and I really enjoyed the stay!

Room was not ocean or beach view. Room was clean. I had to repair the sink drain in the master bath so it would drain. exhaust vent cover in same bathroom broken and needs replaced. Did not speak with the host.

Great place for a beach getaway! Everything was as described. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach, and short drive to Stewart Beach, East Beach and The Strand. Condo had everything you would need to make meals in. Pool was great, and we were the only ones in it during the weekdays we were there! Check in and check out were very easy! We would love to come back! Galveston is a wonderful place!

Seaside Village is a small complex in the best location. Not only are you within walking distance to the beach, your favorite restaurants and shopping... but you can enjoy a front row seat to events like 4th of July Fireworks and Mardi Gras.

This VRBO has been here for some time. We as new owners of the complex purchased in November 2020 recently took over. We have done a ton of updates to the community as well as the interior of our VRBO. Our fabulous new pool was just remodeled and all new pool furniture.

As an independent owner/operator we take pride in our communities and rentals whether it be short term or long term. Communication is key and we want all our guests to have a wonderful experience.
