The home itself is brimming with personality. The wood-centric living and dining areas keep the outdoors front and center, creating a cozy cabin atmosphere. Ample sofa and armchair seating surround a wood fireplace set in stone, accompanied by a smart TV. You can already imagine the perfect immersive movie night complete with popcorn and a toasty, relaxing fire. The woodwork dining room table with bench seating can seat up to 12, the ideal setting for both formal meals as a group or a rousing game night. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with bright white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. You won’t mind having a few cooks in the kitchen whipping up homemade meals or preparing a spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres. A separate sitting area in the loft is complete with additional smart TV and sofa seating when you need a private space to catch an afternoon nap. If you just can’t wait to get back to nature, a spacious deck is complete with outdoor seating, a grill, and a hot tub.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the loft.

The home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower, and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Driveway and garage parking are available for up to 3 vehicles.

- This spacious home is one step from nature and as such is subject to the natural occurrences of snow, rain, wind, falling pine needles and leaves, dust/dirt, animals and insects. As these issues persist long after we clean, there are brooms, snow shovels and other necessary items to assist you in clearing decks, balconies, porches or other spaces.

Just 20 miles from the southern gate of Yosemite, Oakhurst is an ideal gateway town to the national park. Additionally, Mountain View Point is less than 15 minutes from Bass Lake, a premier destination for water skiing, fishing, and kayaking. Sheltered coves and sandy beaches make for refreshing swimming, while dozens of nearby trails lead into the Sierra National Forest which you can explore on foot or by mountain bike.
