PARADISE in your back yard in the Yacht club beach neighborhood in Cape Coral.

House is fully remodeled with all high end detail, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, Sleeps 6, indoor and outdoor kitchens, beautiful pool and spa.

Please do not be misled by other homes here in Cape Coral FL. Location is everything, and we are in the only Beach neighborhood in Cape Coral. We are in the yacht club neighborhood which is down the street from the beach, less than a minute to old down town Cape Coral, where all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife is located. However, still a very quiet and peaceful area.

Well equipped home in great location.

We had a lovely stay over the Festive period and were able to relax in the comfortable home. The property was as described and well located for easy access to shops, restaurants and cafes.

I purchased this property due to traveling in the area often to visit my daughter and her family. I have fallen in love with the area and the wonderful restaurants and beaches.

What makes this property unique

This property is truly unique a paradise right in your back yard. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable and the claw foot bath tub is a wonderful place to relax.
