Two houses from the sand and two house from the bay, this newly remodeled, 1000 square foot two bedroom, one bathroom luxury condominium with two patios, is ideally located west of Pacific Coast Highway and is a 15 second walk to one of the top rated beaches in the USA. This beautiful beach house sits in between both of Newport Beach’s piers and is centrally located to everything our beach town has to offer. The condo comes with one assigned parking spot. Our home is fully furnished with modern décor, has a washer & dryer in the condo and offers free Wi-Fi and cable tv streaming.
Loud parties or having more guests then permitted will result in immediate eviction.

The beds were very comfortable and blankets were super soft, even 1 of the couches was so easy to fall asleep. t's very close to the beach and walking distance to the shops and food. We had an unusual amount of rain during our stay which we noticed a leak in the kitchen but it was quickly taken care of by the handyman who was very kind and professional.

2 min walk to the beach and path. Close to pier (0.7mi) but far enough away to avoid the traffic congestion. Parking spot is very convenient. The unit is great. Rooms comfy and clean. Good tv with youtubeTV streaming. Laundry unit was very efficient. Kitchen clean and decently stocked. Highly recommend.

Great stay at Newport Beach. Easy to communicate with and accommodating. Really convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella to use. Thankful for the fans provided on the hot days. Enough space for my family of four (2 teenagers) to stay comfortably.I could work from the kitchen table as my office without disturbing them them while in the bedrooms.

Pleasing beach experience

Clean, quiet space. Easy access to the beach. Overall very nice space to operate our vacation out of. Couple small items could make the stay even better - very little kitchenware. Only 5 place settings, so we had to wash dishes every time we ate. Almost nothing to cook with - had to buy ourselves a baking sheet. Some beach accessories would have been nice too, there are sports courts right at this point of the beach, so a soccer ball or pickleball set would have been great. Small things though, a very nice stay otherwise.

We do provide place settings to accommodate the maximum number of guests, but we appreciate your suggestion and have since added additional settings to offer more convenience. While we don’t typically supply sports equipment due to frequent loss, we do provide beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests to enjoy. We’re always looking for ways to improve and truly value your input. While we were a bit disappointed by the 3-star rating, we hope you’ll consider staying with us again and give us the opportunity to provide a 5-star experience.

Perfect Location

Our family stayed for a week at this property with 3 young children. The unit was perfect for a family and had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. The beach was right across the street with the school playground right there as well. The unit was decorated nicely and was very clean. The owners are very accommodating!

Perfect, simple place to stay in Newport

Our stay at this property was exactly what we expected and needed. There were 5 of us and we didn't feel crowded at all. The kitchen was great, the rooms were nice and the futon was a great extra spot to sleep. Everything was clean and as pictured in the photos. We are familiar with the area so we enjoyed being able to walk to all of our favorite bars, restaurants, the beach of course and the pier. We were barely in the house during the day so we didn't mind not having a patio or outdoor space but I would say thats the only thing really missing to make the place even better. Thanks to Jason for a great stay in Newport - we will probably be back!

Great stay, close to the beach!

We had a great stay in this house! It was just a few blocks from the beach! It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. It’s in a clean and safe neighborhood. We had a private carport to use, which was so nice to not have to worry about parking. We cooked several meals in the house and it had sufficient cookware. There were 5 beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, toys and a boogie board. Our family was very grateful for those beach items! It was very hot during our stay and although there’s not AC in the house, there were fans on the ceiling in the bedrooms and several box fans we could use. My only complaint would be that the pictures show the front of the house with a porch and chairs. We were expecting that view but that is not actually part of the unit. This house is in the back on the lower level. There’s not a porch or view of any kind. All the windows look at walls or into other houses. So I feel like the picture is misleading. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would book this house again!

Location was great

I have mixed feelings about our stay here. We really liked the location, it was close to the beach which we loved, the size of the property was fine for the 6 of us, we used both couches that fold into beds that are in the main living area, and the price was good, its tough to find something in Newport for $400/night or less. It's nice to have a washer and dryer on site. It was great to have the bedding and towels as part of the rental fee. There were nice televisions in both bedrooms and the main living area. Here were my concerns: -One of the couches in the front room has leather that is pealing all over it, I was constantly sweeping it up and it would stick to anyone that sat on it, it would have been really nice to have sheets to put on the couches for sleeping on. -there are minimal dishes in the kitchen, not enough to have 6 people eat at one time -the blinds through out had missing slats -there were minimal supplies on hand, I ended up having to purchase laundry detergent (there was only one load of laundry worth when I goth there), and trash bags -we never had access to the parking spot, someone was always in the covered car port, so parking was a pretty big hassle for us. -the counter top had missing tile -one of the bar stools were broken -the lamps had missing light bulbs. Overall I think that the property has good potential but it could use a little TLC to make it a more comfortable spot.

Der Mietvorgang war unproblematisch und alles hat gut geklappt! Bei der Wohnung war leider keine Terrasse vorhanden. Grillen unter der Treppe wollten wir dann nicht, alles andere war sehr schön!

Great place for the family.

The summary of this property is just what it says—close to the beach, some updated things which make it nice, and it’s very clean. The additional perks for us: good water pressure, wifi worked great, I liked the YouTube TV subscription. It’s hot, so we always bring box fans. I’d definitely recommend doing that—no fans provided. Overall happy with the value.

Nice but could be nicer with a few improvements

Had a great time. Place was nice but a few more steps than posted to beach. The deck was nice. Need a few more basics. No wash cloths. No dish rags. Only four towels. Toaster doesn’t work correctly. No frying pan. Circuit breakers kept popping. Could use some new blinds for sure. No towel rack in bath. The toilet keeps running if you don’t jiggle the handle. Just a few minor things and this place would see a huge improvement. Overall we had a great time there.

Why they chose this property

Newport Beach is a dream location, and I have dreamed of buying here for almost 15 years. We were finally in a position to do it, and jumped at the opportunity to buy this home. Its so close to the beach and bay, a short walk to great restaurants and shops. You really never have to get in a car once you arrive.
