Stunning, brand new - July 2024 - 3-bedroom villa with River view

As soon as you walk up the stairs of this stunning 3-bedroom home you will get on the very large porch of this house. The house is located at a quiet part of TradeWinds and offers a view on the Homosassa River. You will notice the high end finishes as soon as you reach the top of the stairs. Once inside the house you enter in the well decorated living room on the left side and the spacious kitchen and dining room area on the right side. The kitchen is well equipped and will make it easy to prepare a meal for your family and friends. The Master bedroom has a King. The Master bathroom has a spacious shower. The second and third bedroom have also Kings and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All bedrooms have a TV. In the garage you will find two kayaks, a paddle board and bikes for you to use during your stay. There is a gas BBQ and free WIFI is available. The large driveway and the room underneath the house will make it easy for you to park your car(s) and trailer(s). When you bring your own boat, docks are available for rent, and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft. The Marina has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching, scalloping and swimming and in the winter visit the manatees at the Homosassa Springs.
The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck and lounge chairs.

Well designed spacious, modern, new house with 3 king bedrooms and 2 baths. Great neighborhood with docks, great for daily walks by the water. Perfect place for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

beautiful home but not a good water view

Clean, well decorated, good location but the view was lacking. They are dredging and it was a hot mess. No sitting outside with coffee or a relaxing view.

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct access to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 minutes).
