You will be 15min from Jerome or Old Town where you can explore, dine, shop and visit amazing wineries. 15 minutes from Sedona and it breath taking views and amazing hikes, can’t forget shopping and dining. 1 hour from Flagstaff and 90 min from the Grand Canyon and Phoenix.

Open-concept kitchen and dining area, ideal for cooking and entertaining. Fully stocked with plates, cups, bowls, glass ware, wine glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Keurig coffee machine and coffee pot available. Dish soap and some cleaning supplies. The dinning area seats 6 comfortably.

Excellent! House was clean and comfortable. Wife and I really appreciated the master being located away from the kids bedrooms. Great room was family oriented and very enjoyable. Centrally located with great dining options minutes away. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Short drives to Sedona, Jerome Prescott. Will definitely book again if the need arises.

Host was very communitive prior to arrival, all perfinant details were given. House was great, a little rural, which I love. Had some room to breath.House was very clean, in fact my protective daughter felt comfortable enough to let her 11.month old Sin to crawl all over the house.Rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everthing we needed. Would definitely stay agun next time we are in the area

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house just outside of Cottonwood. Very clean with a fireplace and nicely decorated. Will surely recommend this place for your next stay near Sedona!

There were five of us, so the 3 queen beds worked out great for us. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and linens were very comfortable. It's close to highway 89A and downtown Cottonwood, but in a country setting where it's peaceful. The floors are all tile, so we appreciated the cozy blankets to curl up on the couch with. Didn't disappoint.

Hi everyone! My husband and I are originally from California (Bay Area) and have lived in Cottonwood since 2005. We have 4 beautiful daughters. We enjoy hiking, camping and spending time with family. We also like to travel and try new things we are always up for an adventure!

Why they chose this property

We choose this neighborhood because of the secluded area and peacefulness. The night sky’s are amazing in Arizona and seem so close near this home. Coming from the Bay Area I never appreciated the night sky. Lastly the home is located minutes from town but the setting around the neighborhood feels like your out in the country with green pastures all around.

What makes this property unique

We take great pride in provided the best guest experience. The location is great and you will definitely feel like you are home away from home.
