As we appreciate all comments as we do strive for excellence in making sure all of our guest are completely satisfied, I do apologize if you ever felt I was being rude as I am not sure how I came across as being rude. I did state before arrival that pool heat wasn't included so you asked after arrival and I gave you the prices. As for lighting, all rooms have lamps as I will gladly check them to see if we can improve them. I am a bit confused as to what you meant by the beds left a lot to be desired. I did ask you if I could assist during your stay and you did state everything was fine. So I didn't disturb you. I do appreciate that you did take great care of the home and we definitely would welcome you back at anytime. Thank you again for taking the time to review your stay and I would never want you to think I was rude as I always want you to be happy and enjoy your stay to make wonderful memories.

As we do want all of our guest to offer suuggestions or tell us if they enjoyed their stay we too would want them to be honest in the review. Your statements on heat and sheets are not true as we always use good sheets and nothing is old and we had the heat on. We always go above and beyond on having clean and fresh linens with no stains. As for the coffee maker, you never called during your stay to say the coffee maker wasn't working properly. We did check it after you departed and we did rectify that with the cleaning process with vinegar. As we state in your arrival information that we only provide a starter kit for you as we don't provide all the toilet paper for the entire stay. We leave coffee, laundry soaps, a nice set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash and each bathroom has tp and we leave a roll of paper towels. You also broke the cover on the thermostat that clearly said to not tamper with it. We do go above & beyond for all of our guest to make sure they are happy and everything is working properly. When you and I spoke after you left you were very rude!! I would hope you would check your arrival info before arriving at a home so you know what is expected and what you need before arrival in the near future. You all were very dirty and nasty and we would never rent to you again.

We enjoyed having you and your family as our guest. Yes, we've done a lot of upgrades throughout the home as the next project is the kitchen as we do have newer appliances. We do strive for excellence in making sure our guest is satisfied and that our homes are in perfect condition for their stay. We have had lots of rain lately so I am sure there may be a few weeds, but I will definitely address this ASAP. I am glad you all had a great time, and we look forward to having you again in the future. Thanks for taking the time to review your stay.
