We’re so excited you’re checking out our place — because if you’re looking for a clean, comfy, fun, and family-friendly vacation home in a safe, gated community near Disney World… you just found it! Please check out our reviews.

We’ve made this home with families like yours in mind. It’s bright, super clean, and loaded with new upgrades — plus little Disney touches throughout to keep the magic going even after you leave the parks.

Here’s what you’ll love about it:

5 comfy bedrooms including a huge master suite with a king bed, 55” TV, and a spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

2 awesome themed kids’ rooms — one for your little Minions and one for the Mickey fans.

A game room that’s a total hit for everyone — pool table, ping pong, foosball, basketball game, and more.

Private pool and spa out back with no rear neighbors, privacy screens on both sides, and plenty of space to relax with your favorite drink in hand.

Fast Wi-Fi, big TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen so you feel right at home.

Great stay!

This was a perfect house for our family vacation! The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and our kids absolutely loved the Disney theme, the game room, and the pool! Very close to theme parks, dining, grocery stores, and other necessities which made the whole trip a breeze to navigate. The hosts were amazing to work with, very responsive, and we would 100% recommend this home to anyone and would stay there again!

Disney family vacation

The home was beautiful, nicely located so it was close to all parks without being right on top of them. It was close to tons of other stores and places to eat. Neighbors were very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Great home and location

The home was fantastic and the owners were great to work with. The only two issues I have are the beds are worn out, especially the master bedroom, and the master bath shower tile grout needs to be redone.

Spacious, great location

The house was just what we needed after a long day out at the theme parks. Plenty of room for our family and the pool was a big hit with the kids. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle but close enough to get out to Disney. Our only regret is not scheduling enough down time to enjoy all the house had to offer.

Perfect holiday Villa for 2 families and granny from uk

What a fantastic villa with plenty of space for granny and her 2 families consisting of 4 children and 5 adults in total. Everything was perfect from start to end. Communication with Jeff and Jamie was on point. Nothing was ever too much. Place was spotless. Pool was amazing and kids loves the games room. Hopefully return

Multi Family Stay

We stayed here for my best friend’s 40th birthday trip to Disney with both our families (3 kids: 16, 7, and 6). It was the perfect space and we had everything we needed! The hosts were so responsive leading up to our trip and the place was very clean. Lots of towels and all the kitchen tools we needed. Walmart was a short drive away to get things we needed. Plan for traffic to and from the parks to take 30 minutes + because of traffic!

I cannot be more impressed with this property! It had every accommodation that we needed, including amenities for my one year old granddaughter. It was so nice not having to worry about packing and bringing much since a high chair, stroller, and portable crib was already there waiting for us. My 9 and 11 year old grandsons loved the game room located inside the garage and the pool! There was enough room for all of us to have quiet time if needed and enough space to enjoy each other’s company in common spaces. The house is exactly as described in its listing! Very continently located to all Disney parks with less than a 30 minute drive from the house to the park parking lot. It was a 10/10 stay for me and my family!

The property is a great spot to vacation with family and friends. There is a ton of space. The hot tub and pool were a hit along with the game room. Plenty of parking and the neighborhood is so nice. There were plenty of towels and basic kitchen items.

Outstanding Stay

If you are visiting Disney or the other attractions, this is the perfect spot. Very quiet, and you are minutes from Disney without having to deal with the major highways in Orlando.
