The pool was nice and warm. Beach access was easy and Gina had so many things for us to use-chairs, umbrella, and toys! It was the perfect size condo for our family. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

We've been renting condos at various beaches in Florida for 40 years and this one was by far the most well equipped. Everything you would need is right there.The condo was super clean and very comfortable. The design made it very nice for two couples to have privacy. Our host Gina was very easy to work with. The condo grounds were beautiful and kept meticulously. The pool was so nice! Plenty of sitting areas and umbrellas.

This unit is uniquely decorated in an eclectic mix of furniture and artwork. Communication with Gina was prompt and always satisfactory. There was plenty of pool items for use. The unit at first look is clean, however the lanai was very dirty, the floor and the door tracks hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. The fabric footstools were filthy as were the rugs in both bathrooms. Although communication with the apartment manager was excellent, I would not stay in this unit again.

Gina's communication was fantastic and the condo was wonderful - light and airy with a view from every room and the pool is one of the best condo pools on the island. Everything we needed was there including a kitchen with plenty of cookware, coffee mugs and wine glasses. There were beach chairs, ice chest, an umbrella and several beach towels to choose from. We'll definitely look to rent this condo when we return. Thanks Gina!
