Located in a quiet island neighborhood, this one bedroom, open concept cottage is within walking distance of the ferry, restaurants, grocery store and waterfront. Walk from the ferry to the lobster shack and home to dinner, in a matter of minutes. Perfect for a couple or small family, the cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with gas range and full-size refrigerator. There are covered front and back porches with outdoor seating and a gas grill.

The living room has a couch and a smart TV . There is WIFI. This fully renovated, mid-century cottage has a small bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed and wardrobe closet. Parking for one vehicle is available.

There is a mini-split to provide air conditioning and heating.

Have vacationed on Peaks at this cottage for a few years & plan to keep returning. Great location, comfortable, clean & extremely responsive host. Great place for single person or couple. Highly recommend!

Great space and good walkable location to the ferry! We were glad we got to use the bikes, have a little porch to sit on, and have this as an easy jumping off point for either staying on-island or going to Portland. Def recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was quiet, very comfortable, clean and close to where we were having wedding celebrations. The friends who rented in the cottage behind were thoughtful with having their outdoor gatherings on their back deck which was really appreciated. They also were helpful one of the nights when arriving back at the cottage in the dark and not being able to see the lock keypad. They kindly came over with a flashlight.We would definitely recommend the cottage to friends visiting Peaks Island.

The cottage was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. The AC was on too! I brought my 3 yr old lab mix and it was our first time traveling. She barked a lot when 4 young men arrived late on Th evening and were pretty loud slamming their car doors and talking. Other than that, it was a cozy spot on a Dead End with trails nearby for dog walks. Amenities were fine. The blinds were difficult to close and TV is quite small. But I guess ppl don't go to Peaks to watch TV. :)

So many aspects of our stay were exceptional starting with the two small bottles of Prosecco awaiting us in the refrigerator. Everything was as advertised from the location on Peak's Island to the accommodations. The one issue we had was with the Internet, which was erratic and unpredictable at times. This affected the tv as well. We hope this can be remedied because otherwise we had a wonderful time in the cottage and environs.

Great property
