Charming Peaks Island Cottage

Located in a quiet island neighborhood, this one bedroom, open concept cottage is within walking distance of the ferry, restaurants, grocery store and waterfront. Walk from the ferry to the lobster shack and home to dinner, in a matter of minutes. Perfect for a couple or small family, the cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with gas range and full-size refrigerator. There are covered front and back porches with outdoor seating and a gas grill.

The living room has a couch and a smart TV . There is WIFI. This fully renovated, mid-century cottage has a small bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed and wardrobe closet. Access to two bicycles can be made with prior arrangement. Parking for one vehicle is available.

There is a mini-split to provide air conditioning and heating.

Our family has had 2 cottages on Peaks Island since the early 1970s. We are from New Hampshire and love our time spent on the island.

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood because it is quiet but close to the most popular island amenities. You can easily walk to the ferry, the grocery store, and restaurants.

The location and size of the cottage makes it very special. There are very few one bedroom cottages available on the island.
