JUST COMPLETED: 2 newly refurbished combo pickleball/tennis courts on site. Walk to the courts and enjoy some competition with your friends and family.

Great girls getaway or fun with friends and family. Enjoy the beauty of the North Shore. Plenty of activities to enjoy including hiking, biking, x country or downhill skiing, snowmobiling, fires on the shore, road trips OR just relaxing. This lake home is a perfect home base for enjoying anything and everything outdoors.

Hiking, biking, x country or downhill skiing, or snowmobiling in Two Harbors, Duluth and/or state parks. Fat tire biking at Split Rock. We are within 15-20 minutes from Gooseberry and Split Rock Lighthouse State Parks. Summer guests can relax in the pool and hot tub. Play tennis or pickleball on the newly resurfaced courts. It's also perfect weather for a drive to check out the North Shore or simply relax with the Lake Superior fresh air.

The lake home is a perfect get a way for a great long weekend/week to enjoy the outdoors with family/friends or girls get away. Lot's of room to relax, catch up or do some exploring/shopping. Just 2.5 hr drive from the Twin Cities, the North Shore has lot's of things to do.

This lake home is just outside of Two Harbors (20 minutes no. of Duluth) on a secluded peninsula on the shores of Lake Superior. The lake home features the following:
-2 bedrooms plus loft (3 queen beds)
-Master bedroom with queen bed, hot tub and flat screen TV
-Upstairs bedroom with queen bed and flat screen TV
-Loft with queen bed
-Comfortably sleeps 6 with room for addl. guests on air mattresses (you supply) or couch (maximum of 8 guests)
-Full kitchen with microwave and dish washer
-Large dining room (seats 8) with lake view
-Large living room with lake view (48" flat screen and Blu Ray DVD player)
-Large deck with gas grill overlooking Lake Superior
-Media room with 52" projection TV and surround sound

The lake home area is surrounded with things to do.
-Hiking, biking or skiing at one of the many state parks; Gooseberry, Split Rock, Tettegouche, Temperance, etc.
-Downhill skiing at Spirit Mountain or Lutsen, 45-60 minutes away
-Snowmobiling trailhead across the street from the lake home.
-Outdoor pool with hot tub (exclusively for guests of the lake homes)
-2 newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts
-Shopping in Two Harbors or Duluth.

Our Northern Lights Getaway

Very nice end unit, lakehome. Our first evening there we enjoyed the northern lights from the patio deck outside. Great memories. And Steve the owner was very easy to get ahold of when needed. Thank you Steve for everything...

Great place!

We loved our little weekend getaway at the lake homes! Two families of four, was perfect for hanging out playing games, great views of the lake, and great location!! Super close to gooseberry, split rock and Betty’s :)

Great views

The condo is clean, nicely appointed and has great views of the lake from the living room and balcony, which is also a nice spot to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The area was very quiet and the location is convenient. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and provided helpful information. We would stay there again!

As owners of this lake home, we want to share the beauty of the Minnesota's Lake Superior North Shore with others. The view of Lake Superior from the living room, dining room and deck are great. The North Shore has unlimited recreational offerings including hiking, biking, skiing (downhill or x country) shopping, eating or simply relaxing at the lake home or on the rocky shoreline with a evening fire.

Why they chose this property

The North Shore is a great get away from the everyday activities and busy life style that many of us lead. It offers the peace and quiet surroundings of Lake Superior with the beauty of lake and the many state parks (hiking, biking, exploring, fishing, skiing, nature, education, history, etc.).

The Arrowhead region is filled with activities for all ages and for all seasons. It attracted our family over 25 years ago and we continue to visit our favorite spots and discover new areas. The weather provides a constantly changing environment with ever changing options.

What makes this property unique

We share the grounds with a 5 star resort, Superior Shores, but are not affiliated with Superior Shores in any way. As our guests, you have access to the the outdoor pool and hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts (exclusive to lake home owners/guests) and nature walks on the grounds. Golf is within 5 minutes of the lake home. Hike or bike the state parks including Gooseberry, Split Rock, etc.

Duluth is just a relaxing 25 minute ride south. Head north along scenic Hwy 61 to Silver Bay, Lutsen, Grand Marias. Which ever way you venture out, take your time and enjoy the views, the state parks, the nature and everything that the North Shore has to offer.
