Excellent location, as close as you can get to the pier. Large, clean and spacious unit. May cost a little more than a hotel room but you get what you pay for which in this case is more than worth the price. Great stay, excellent communication with owner. By far the nicest accommodations in Old Orchard Beach.

The master bed was horrible. It needs to be replaced. The listing didn’t indicate how loud and busy the area was. It was profoundly difficult to slept at night.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen needed stocking with more kitchen necessities
