It stays open until 2am. Walk to: Acme Oyster Bar, Mezcal Mexican Grill, Sandlot Sports Bar, Two Birds Cafe, and Moo La La Ice Cream. Other nearby restaurants include: Pascalli Kitchen, Royal Palm Grille, Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's, and Crab Trap. Live music on the corner. This place was great! Location to the beach was nice and the property was great. The pool is huge which our kids loved. The view was fantastic from the 15th floor. The building does check wrist bands so anyone not staying on the property can not join you.

This property was chosen because Ariel Dunes II has a superior view of the beach and the Gulf of America compared to Ariel Dunes 1. With new sofas, brand new A/C, new washer/dryer, new flooring, new carpet in bedrooms and all NEW WHIRLPOOL KITCHEN APPLIANCES including ice maker of course and filtered water!THIS CONDO IS STATE OF THE ART! A very short walk to the beach and with THREE SWIMMING POOLS (one heated) to choose from if you wish. The rates are extremely competitive with NOT a lot of added on fees like most condos! Photos don't do justice - YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF!
